  I've ordered Jack's pizza since the 90s and have never had a pizza prepared this bad. This was my first visit to this location. I typically visit the Lafayette Rd location and they prepare my pizza correctly. I ordered extra pizza sauce and I'm not sure that the regular amount of sauce was added to my pizza. It was very dry with minimal pizza sauce. I was very disappointed, considering I no longer reside in Indiana and always look forward to stopping at Jack's pizza when I visit family. I'll never order from this location in the future. I'll stick with the Lafayette Rd location.

  We called in an order at 11 AM for a 2:15 PM pick up and when we got there at 2:30 cause we were a little late it had not even been started and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes an hour later it was still not ready. We left without pizza and all we got from the Manager was yeah I’m sorry we weren’t staffed properly. It’s a shame because we love Jacks pizza

  I was a fan of Jack's for many years when they were on the corner of W. Washington and Belmont. Now, not so much if at all. For 1 thing, $15 for a 10 inch 2 topping pizza is pretty outrageous. This place used to cover the entire pizza with whatever ingredients you ordered and plenty of it. But now, they look like something from Dominoes or some other lame pizza joint. Actually, it was quite pathetic considering the cost. The crust tasted like it had been peeled off of a restroom floor. So here we go again....what used to be good has now jumped the shark completely. Too bad, but that was the last time I order from Jacks. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Thumbs down.
