  Giordano’s in Indianapolis was absolutely worth the visit! We had heard great things about the deep dish pizza, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The pizza was loaded with toppings, packed with flavor, and the cheese was incredible. Every bite was worth the wait. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed meal. If you’re in Indianapolis and craving great pizza, this is a place you have to try. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

  We had an amazing experience here!! Kate was an awesome server! Rushed around, helped everyone out!! Such a great experience with Kate and her manager Hope! The pizza was also amazing!!!

  I really wanted to give the Downtown Indianapolis Giordano’s another chance, but after repeated issues with this location, today was the final straw. I ordered a 12-inch cheese tavern-style pizza during my lunch break. What I received was essentially an entire pizza made of dry, hollow crust with barely any cheese and virtually no sauce. The photo says it all. There were large empty pockets throughout the dough, and the entire pizza seemed to contain about as much cheese as another nearby pizza place puts on a single slice. This was not one bad bite or one oddly shaped piece. The whole pizza was overwhelmingly crust. It looked rushed, poorly assembled, and like nobody checked it before putting it in the box. I tried eating it, but it was dry and unpleasant, so I threw it away. I spent my limited lunch break placing the order, picking it up during the provided pickup window, returning to work, discovering the condition of the pizza, documenting it, and then having to find something else to eat. My entire lunch was wasted. What makes this even more frustrating is that I previously had problems with cold food from this exact location. Management refunded those orders and assured me the preparation procedures would be reviewed. I gave the store another opportunity because I genuinely wanted the earlier experiences to be isolated mistakes, but I ended up with another unacceptable meal. I contacted management immediately, provided the order number and photographic evidence, and asked for a refund and a gift card sufficient to replace the meal that was thrown away. I hope corporate takes a serious look at the recurring quality-control issues at this location. I have enjoyed Giordano’s elsewhere, but I cannot recommend the Downtown Indianapolis location based on these repeated experiences.

  The food was beyond incredible. I went twice while in town!!! Amazing!! The service absolutely sucked. Calling it service is almost a lie because its not service. I sat for about 20 and 10 minutes each time before even being acknowledged. Food took an hour both times. Again. Food. Omg its good. But budget a lot of time and be prepared for horrible service.
