  Cant really give a review of the food..we never got any..arrived around 330 pm only 2 tables had people..not very busy at all...we waited 15 min for a waitress to take our drink order 15 min after that still no drinks and had not takin our food order so we left and no one even noticed..terrible service

  I just picked up possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever seen and had. They essentially gave me a cracker with barely any sauce on it and cheese to burn and allow the crust to bubble up. I have second hand embarrassment for whoever made it.

  My husband and I were traveling for our 35th wedding anniversary and our first stop on the road trip was to have a favorite…Giordano’s Pizza!! It was lunch time so not very busy. The atmosphere was quite pleasant and Devo, our server, was a lovely young lady who took great care of us never letting our drinks run dry, promptly delivering our starter salad, and bringing us our fresh from the oven pizza with the utmost professionalism and kindness! We even got to chatting about our anniversary and marriage in general. It was a wonderful connection and we appreciated the excellent service! The salad was very fresh and generously dressed, and the stuffed pizza was perfecto!

  Very nice place, it's been a long time since I was at the original Chicago location. This time it was a gluten free 'The Special' pizza for me and a chicken pizza for my companion. Our server kept the drinks full but no explanation was offered on why it took so long to make 2 normal pizzas (I understand the deep dish is an exception). Hadn't eaten all day so I was very hungry by the time our pizzas arrived. Treated ourselves to the tiramisu which was also good, just a tiny soggy by the 6pm hour but that's understandable.

  The super veggie thin crust pizza is the bomb! Look at all those toppings piled high. They use fresh vegetables and only slightly bake them so they are fresh and crisp — not mushy soggy vegetables like you normally get on a pizza. 🍕 Yum! The calamari appetizer and broken canolli dessert also we’re tasty 😋 The food was really good. However it was completely unacceptable that the manager was loudly scolding the staff in the ktchen doorway right by our booth. It really made for a negative dining experience for my husband’s birthday celebration. When I pay $75 for a pizza dinner for two, I don’t expect to be subjected to bar room behavior. Do better, manager! It also took a long time to be seated because I requested a booth by the window despite the restaurant being virtually completely empty. I also don’t like that I was not presented with a paper bill that I could review and instead the waitress told me my total and extended a tablet for me to sign while she stood there waiting with no possibility for me to look at the itemized bill. Add to that, the gratuity is based after tax when it should be before tax and is calculated at 18% 20% and 25% — what happened to 15%??? The downtown location is far better than this location except for parking. 5 stars for food, 3 for service, 1 for atmosphere.
