Phenomenal burgers as always, never disappoint me with the fries, and finally tried a milkshake (10/10). The store was very clean, and smelled good as usual. The staff were friendly and I watched them help a handicapped person, deserves a raise.

I can't say for certain whether he was simply unfriendly or whether I was being treated differently, but the experience made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Instead of handing me my receipt, he threw it onto the counter in front of me. Throughout the interaction, he seemed visibly annoyed and kept giving me dismissive side glances. His attitude toward customers felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I also noticed that after my order was ready except for the fries, he personally prepared the fries and handed the orders to three customers whose order numbers were after mine. Once he had finished serving them, he had another employee handle my order instead. I found that treatment confusing and difficult to understand. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously, because no customer should be treated this way.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
