- BWBryan WAug 1, 20262.0Normally I like stopping at Five Guys. Food and service are generally a big step up from other fast food. This location, today, didnt live up to my usual expectations. There was a large puddle of water on the floor with a cone in the middle, but no staff made any attempt to clean it up the entire time we were there. People had walked through it so the entire floor throughout was slippery. No tables had been cleaned. All empty tables had trash, bits of food etc on them. No staff cleaned tables while we were there. Unfortunately I didnt notice these cleanliness issues until after we had paid otherwise we likely would have left. The cashier tried adding several things to my order that I didnt ask for (several extra drinks but she only gave me the number of cups for the drinks I ordered). I caught the error on the screen and had it corrected before I paid. Food service was a little slower than normal but tasted fine. The coke zero mix was off so the drink I almost paid for 3 times was pretty bland. I guess we'll find out soon if they pay closer attention to kitchen cleanliness than they do to the dining room. I will not eat at this location again without first scoping out the condition of the dining room before getting the rest of my family out of the car.

While waiting on my own food I saw an employee playing with his dreads (while wearing gloves!) and then put his hand inside the food bag with the same gloves on. Gross! I waited 20 min on my food. I paid for a fountain drink only to discover that every soda was out on both machines. I requested they tend to it and was told just give me 2 minutes. I waited and ate my entire meal and then reproached. Nothing…. I threw my cup away and left very disappointed.
