The price i paid for two burgers and frys was just over 40 dollars. The taste and quality of the food was not worth that.

Do u guys care at all? Fries are soggy so I ask for crispy fries. Then the fries are too salty to a point u can’t eat it! Burger is wrapped squashed up so I know u don’t care. Is this a franchise or momma papa restaurant. U should be ashamed bec we have ur restaurants in my country and its the best!! Service is key!!! Listen to ur customers or u will loose them. U are a dime a dozen! Bad behaviors, bad service, and bad food! But I still have u guys a plenty of chances but no more! I will tell others to go else where. And by the way ur prices are not cheap. Want to sell like that, sell on the Chicago streets!! No more BS!!

The employee acted like serving us was the biggest inconvenience in the world. 😬 I completely understand having a busy day, although it was 1130am… but the attitude was so noticeable that it really stood out! We’ve been to plenty of Five Guys locations and have never experienced service like this. The food was fine, but the customer service definitely left a lot to be desired! Will not be back

She set down a bag of food, so I simply asked if it was mine. She rudely said, “No, it’s not your number.” I showed her my ticket because it was the exact number on my bag. Instead of acknowledging it, she threw the food down and started arguing with me. Another employee literally had to tell her to shut up and calm down. I left without my food because I was so embarrassed and disrespected over something that should have taken two seconds to resolve. What’s worse, I watched her treat multiple other customers the exact same way, including a woman who was nothing but polite to her. Completely unacceptable. What really stood out was that she treated the other customers the same way. Even the woman behind me was extremely polite and nice to her, and she still responded with an attitude. She was rude, argumentative, and unnecessarily hostile to customer after customer
