- GKGregory Kuhn1 day ago2.0Usually this Five Guys is pretty awesome, but today I am very embarrassed. I took my granddaughter here for lunch after spending the morning in a local orchard. She is visiting from Italy and loves American cheeseburgers. The service and atmosphere were great but when it came to the food it's another story. Overall the burgers were awesome. They were hot, juicy, and tasted great. Where it gets ugly is with the french fries. When we spread the fries out there were several that I could see were made from potatoes that were rotten; black fleshed and moldy. I was so embarrassed that these were served to my granddaughter, I apologized to her for several minutes. Her sister is a professioal chef in Italy and if she were to serve anything like this to a customer she would lose her job. Get it together Five Guys and quit serving rotten food.
