  The General Manager and Mikalyn are absolutely the best including Matt they did an awesome job with making sure our food was hot fresh and interacting with us as being guest made us feel like it was home thanks again Fazoli’s.

  This evenings dinner experience was not only by far the best I’ve ever had at a Fazoli’s it was one of the best I’ve ever had at any business, restaurant or otherwise. Yes the food was flawless but that simply is the smallest part of my wonderful experience here tonight.What made so incredible was the staff. An absolute incredible staff to say the least. Each and everyone of them is kind, helpful, through, professional and above all friendly. On my way here everything up until I arrived was an average day. Not only was it quite clear that my doing business here was appreciated, I was absolutely treated and respected as a friend, not just another face in the door with money in hand. From the moment I arrived Alyssa made me feel important, respected, cared about and treated as an old friend that she may have known for years, Much to my very pleasant surprise the bubbly happy and caring personality that Alyssa posesses is reflected and duplicated by each and every member of the staff. Matt, Mike, Gage and Emilio also made me feel respected, appreciated and treated like an old friend as well. An enjoyable experience at a restaurant is facilitated by the people. There is great food in many places. What sets this Fazoli’s apart from virtually every business that I have been to in years was the great people here. Their interactions we me and each were fun and friendly. There certainly was no goofing around involved whatsoever. It is very clear that each and every one of them not only is extremely aware of the importance of a friendly and positive interaction with customers they also treat each other with a kind, caring and friendly interaction with each other. Not only was it immediately noticeable to me that my business was appreciated they all made it quite obvious that customers leaving pleased and hap makes the customers happy it clearly made them happy to do so. I certainly hope that the owner is aware that the people working here aren’t gold they are all PLATINUM!!! I hope everything possible is done to make this group feel appreciated and cared about!!!   We had a wonderful experience at this Fazoli‘s. The person at the counter was energetic and bent over backwards to please. Lately, we’ve been to a few restaurants and made a big order and they have made a lot of mistakes. When we receive this order, it was perfect and the person at the counter spent the time to doublecheck it with us. (And did it very efficiently). We love Fazoli's food and have been disappointed that a couple of locations that were near us have both closed. But since we were in the mood for the food, we went a little out of our way to go pick it up at this location. If our experience from this one time visit is any indication of the future, we will definitely be back many times.

  Alyssa made my visit way better than expected… great service and a smile that could probably keep people coming back on its own. She was friendly, quick, and had just the right amount of charm to make the whole experience memorable. Fazoli’s is lucky to have her… and honestly, I might be too if I keep finding reasons to come back 😉

  Outstanding Leadership and Customer Service at Fazoli’s I had a really great experience at Fazoli’s, and a big reason was Jeremy L. On west Washington Street. From the moment I drove in, he was professional, welcoming, and clearly focused on making sure everything ran smoothly. You could tell he genuinely care about both the customer and their team. Jeremy L. handled everything with a positive attitude, kept the restaurant running efficiently, and made sure orders were accurate and served quickly. Even during a busy time, he stayed calm, organized, and checked in to make sure everyone was satisfied. It’s not often you come across a person like Jeremy L. that leads by example the way they do. Their attention to detail, strong work ethic, and dedication to great customer service really stood out. Fazoli’s is lucky to have someone like this working in their team. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
