    Just a HUGE shout out to Joey who was in the window. I asked a question regarding a friend of mine who is obsessed with Dutch Bros, and Joey came in CLUTCH. It wasn't expected, but very much appreciated -- and Joey needs some recognition. (BTW, 10 million points for the bright neon baseball cap!)

    Unfortunately, every time I come here, I wait 20 minutes for my drink. It’s just not good customer service And I don’t understand how this continues to be an issue after months

    Drinks are always perfect and employees are so nice. However, service is slow. I mean, painfully slow. Whenever I come to Dutch bros I know I have to prepare to wait in line for at least 15 minutes. I had to pull out of the line after already paying for my drink today because I had somewhere to be and the line simply was not moving.

    I love Dutch bros I have one by my house and I get them quite frequently. No one seemed happy everyone seemed annoyed at being there and that’s fine but my drink it’s NOT made right i ordered a shark attack like normal and it’s like half and half. the other drinks came out fine I’m just really sad about it I was so excited for it. Anytime I order my cup is green almost top to bottom and the space that’s empty has the red drizzle thingy on it I’m just sad about it
