- RSRichard Superczynski4 days ago2.0First time at this location, I asked what size a small coffee is because I am sensitive to caffeine but got a laugh from the lady taking the order which seemed uncalled for as if I was being cheap. Pulled up to the window and no greeting, they don’t seem to need the business. I would avoid this location, Dunkin coffee isn’t that great to begin with.

Today I asked for almond milk and they gave me regular milk (which I am allergic to) I looked at the label on my cup and saw that it was made with regular milk, which I asked them rectify, and they assured me that it was made with almond milk contrary to what the label read. It had regular milk, and I also asked for light ice to which they did not oblige. Time and time again I try to support this establishment and I am utterly disappointed every time. To make a mistake is one thing, to continually do it and refuse to fix it is another.

Snackin bacon with a bagel, 1-2 out of every 5 orders the bacon is overcooked or undercooked and almost every time I ask for the bagel to be tasted and cut in half with veggie cream cheese, EVERY TIME it is either no toasted, not cut in half or has plain cream cheese. This is a training and standard issue expressed from management and the quality of employees you are willing to deal with. I know things can get complicated with minimal education and minimum wage but this is crazy.
