My siblings and i have been here multiple times because its right near our place and with the exception of one or two decent visits id say this place lacks customer service skills. My siblings have now ordered two chillers and were given completely melted drinks and staff who argued instead of just remaking it. The staff is just rude all around. I recommend the coffee shops nearby. You may have to go in to order but it will be made right and the staff are friendly.

The last time I ordered the turkey, cheese, croissant there was no cheese. We drove all the way back and they slapped a cold piece of cheese on the sandwich. When I told them I want a new sandwich, they threw the old sandwich in the microwave. I said, "you put that in the microwave", and he shook his head no, lol. OK, because im an idiot and don't realize you cant make a new sandwich in 20 seconds. DUDE!!!!!!!!

After needing to go over my multiple times due to them putting random items on my ticket while ordering in the drive thru, I waited 15 minutes at the window before being handed the completely wrong order. I was then asked multiple times by people what I was waiting on, but each time was interrupted by them walking away before I could finish relaying my order. I was then asked to pull around where I was yet again given the incorrect food, and at this point had waited nearly 20 minutes for two sandwiches and two drinks. At this point I no longer had time to wait for them to remake it a third time and asked I be refunded on my sandwich, in which every employee in the entire store refused to assist me, with one telling me they “won’t do that because it will cost them.” I have never in my life experienced as horrible service as I did here. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. It’s a shame that this place is ran so poorly, and that they’re struggling so bad they can’t afford a $5 refund
