  Went to drive thru. Why are they asking for tips?! IMO- That's rude especially considering its just coffee and donuts, in a drive thru 🤣 makes me laugh!!

  Both of the staff that I encountered were nice nasty... what I mean by that is... using a "nice" tone of voice.. to be rude..what ppl need to understand when they work in places like this is not everyone frequently eats at places like this... so when a customer comes to your business dont talk to them or react passive aggressively to questions they may have or dont assume they know about what you have to offer or cost of things or what you can get ... the menu is not that clear as to where you can pull up and be 100% sure of what you can order... it is Dunkin Donuts responsibility to make sure my experience at the location is a good service experience... and not to mention asking for a tip before you even get your food... that is a horrible practice... so if I dont tip who knows what they will do to my drink or food... I ended up throwing the food away and waisted my $15.00. I asked how to make my drink sweeter and the young lady thoughtfully made me another drink... although a good jesture.. the drink was so sweet that I could not drink it.. and they would not take back the first drink they made at first.. I had 1 cup holder available and I asked them what am I supposed to do with both cups ... mind you I waa driving... was I supposed to hold the other cup all the way to my next destination??? She ended up taking the cup and I gave them a piece of advice and instead of listening the girl kept saying I wasn't being rude to you. I never mentioned anyone being rude I mentioned that they do not need to assume that everyone knows all that dunkin donuts has to offer and how things work with their menu... I actually drove 20 minutes out of my way to go to that location .. I told the girl I was passing by... but know I went there specifically... oh dont let me forget that I asked for napkins because there were NONE in my bag that has 2 sandwiches and 2 donuts... the guy gave me like 3 napkins... I asked for more... he says how many napkins... that was just a ridiculous response.... he could have just handed me more napkins without the condescending remark.. he said something else but I will end it here.... do better ... treat ppl better.... put yourself in the consumer's shoes... this was an unnecessary failure of service and a waist of my money gas and time

  Every single time i order an iced coffee as a mobile order here with a speciality limited time flavor/syrup (banana, this time cookie swirl, etc) they just give me a plain iced coffee :( if you’re out of the syrup, can you atleast ask me what flavor i could get instead before just handing me a plain tasteless coffee? this is the 3rd or 4th time you guys have done this & it’s a waste of almost $7.

  Condescending and rude customer service. I asked for a black coffee and a donut which they happened to not have anymore and was met with degrading customer service so i left with nothing. Go to any of the other 5 coffee shops in the area.

  Just picked up a dozen donuts for the kids, the young lady was clearly irritated that I was there for my order. Stood at the counter for a bit when she finally asked what I’d like. This is after she walked past the other women that was working drive through and rolling her eyes. $22 later for some stale donuts. Won’t be back, go to the shop across Thompson.
