  More of a experience than a review of their food. So I got on here because I'm downtown Indy and stopped at a different donut shop to buy donuts for my crew. Almost $30 for 1 dozen...$30! I thought that was nuts especially since I need probably 5 dozen. Got on Dunkin to see how close and the price. I spent about 10minutes just trying to find the price for a dozen. Nope still never found it. Just please put that info on the website. No I don't want to sign up for doordash or create an account or download the app. It's just donuts why so hard & why do you need all my info. So yea I wasted my time never seen the price for a dozen.

  I placed a mobile order. I ordered a box of half dozen donuts. The items included 2 jelly 2 vanilla frosted sprinkle and 2 chocolate frosted sprinkle. When I opened the box, none of the donuts had sprinkles on them. I also didn’t receive any of the chocolate donuts I ordered. No one at the drive through informed me any of the items were out, or if I would like to make any substitutes. Nor did they inform me they were out of sprinkles. I only found out after I called the store. Which they also hung up on me while I was still talking. I do not appreciate how I’m always going to this store and they are always missing items or out of something but they never inform me. I would have appreciated if they would have told me they were out so I could have went to a different store. Instead my choice was taken away and they gave me a box of donuts that looks very unappetizing. I’m really upset, as this is a reoccurring issue at this location.

  I have eaten at every Dunkin’ Donuts from South to West and Eastside. This location is the best Dunkin’ Donuts that I know the food is always fresh. It’s never over or undercooked. The people always have great customer service. I am honestly disappointed at any other one that I’ve ever been to I will travel to get to this location specifically because it will never disappoint.

  Coffee literally was water with creamer and sugar. Terrible. The eggs and bacon on all 3 of my breakfast sandwich’s were COLD but the bagel part was warm. Completely disappointed because this location used to be good when they first opened. The staff was really nice though so that’s the plus to it all I guess.
