- JMJeni Narvaez Melo5 days ago1.0The people working there were super nice. They do not get paid nearly enough.The issue is with Dunkin itself. The hashbrowns were rancid, and I could not eat more than one. The refresher, which is hard to mess up, tasted like chemicals mixed in with some milk. Dunkin food and products have gone downhill over the years, and maybe they were always there. Stop buying from Dunkin. The company itself is also probably a supporter of Trump, Which is even more reason to stop supporting this trash company. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
- ZFZach FordApr 29, 20261.0When I arrived to the restaurant to pick up my to go order, I was told that the products did not come in and they had to cancel it. They then told me they could not issue a refund and it only had to be done via the mobile app. When I showed them, there was no place to do it on the mobile app. They instructed me to contact their corporate office. So I ended up leaving there at seven in the morning with no prior notification that my order cannot be fulfilled without the 200 donuts ordered and $70 out of my pocket. I have left two messages with the Dunkin’ Donuts main line and then also tried going through the app to no avail. If they reach out to me and resolve the issue, I will likely and willingly update this review to maintain its accuracy. I received a notification that I would be contacted in 2 business days about this. That did not happen. I reached back out and have heard nothing back.
