  The soda fountain is missing.. bottled drinks are not as fresh and are not refillable. All restaraunts should have a soda fountain, that is a major advantage OF a restaraunt.

  The AI phone order taker got my two-topping order wrong (after repeating it back correctly twice), which was frustrating, but the staff believed my claim and immediately remade my pizza correctly. The humans here are working their butts off and doing a great job. The automation could use some work.

  Please tell me why it’s okay for people to straight up lie to customers here? We placed a $60 order on 2/15/26 that included a nearly $10 salad (they aren’t that good from experience, but whatever). The order was delivered but the salad was missing. Cool, fine, things happen. I called the store on 2/16 and asked for a refund on it. The girl who answered assured me she refunded the salad back to my credit card. I even asked and made sure the amount would go to the card and she said yes. A few days pass and I don’t see a credit back to my card. Tell me why I just got off the line with another guy at the store who bluntly told me she lied to me because they don’t have the capability to refund back to the card. They can only issue store credit. And that that entire conversation with the girl wasn’t recorded. Had I not called back questioning it, Donato’s would have just eaten that $10 after having lied to me. Dude said he gave me credit, but how am I supposed to know? You can have that money, Donato’s. You lost a customer tonight. Look me up in your system, I’ve placed a bunch of orders in the past. But I draw the line at being outright lied to.
