    This is the second time I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch sub and each time it was burnt. This time I brought it to the store and the manager was very rude and said it wasn’t burnt and there was nothing he could do. I will never order from there again

    The guy who answered the phone tonight was absolutely smart Alec and very rude when I was asking about my order you guys need to get up on it two drivers is not enough. And whoever the guy was who answered the phone during the rush on 10/ 8/26 don’t you ever talk to me like that and ever get smart with me again it was the Customer service representative guy at the store don’t get mad at the customers because you have to answer the phone and it was a rush thank you :)

    Pizza took almost 2 hours to arrive. I called to ask about the status after 1.5 hours and they put me on hold and never got back on the phone. Pizzas arrived cold. Driver didn’t follow delivery instructions, appeared to be on something, looked in my window when she arrived, and had another person in the car. Pizzas were cold, which meant I had to put them in the oven… when I ordered them so I wouldn’t have to cook… and then ended up having to cook the pizzas. So I called the store, and the guy I spoke to went off on me. I wasn’t rude, but I worry that someone who is on something is driving around, plus all the other issues I outlined in this review. The concerns I expressed are real concerns. Plus, I PAID TO HAVE FOOD DELIVERED SO I WOULDNT HAVE TO COOK. Then he started ranting about how they’re busy and they are running out of toppings. Hey, that’s not my fault. I don’t work there. And if I did work there, I definitely run my store a lot better. And the pizzas had random toppings on them that looked like they fell into it on accident- like the whole pizza didn’t have random toppings, but there would be a random olive somewhere and a random jalapeño somewhere.

    Genuinely one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order at 6:25 PM and was quoted approximately 30–40 minutes. At 6:58 PM, the app said the order was out for delivery. We live about 8 minutes from this location, so I figured it would be arriving shortly. Instead, I watched the ETA continue to increase while the driver appeared to stay in the same location on the tracker for about 30 minutes. At 7:35 PM, I called the store to make sure everything was okay. I was told they were busy and that the order was out for delivery. I asked if there was any update on when it would arrive since the tracker didn’t seem to be working, but wasn’t given an estimate. Shortly after that call, at 7:40 PM, the order was marked as delivered. It absolutely had not been delivered. I waited another few minutes just in case the driver had marked it delivered early, but nothing showed up. I called again at 7:44 PM and was told the delivered status was “just a glitch” and that the order was still on its way. At this point, we were already well past the original delivery estimate, so I asked when I should actually expect it. I was told the driver would send me an update. I said that was fine, but if it was going to be much longer, we could just come to the store and get our food ourselves. Another half hour passed. No update from the driver. No food. The app still showed the order as delivered. I called for the third time at 8:11 PM. I was on hold for around 20 minutes before anyone even answered. At that point, my husband and I literally got in the car and drove to Domino’s because we were planning to request a refund and get pizza somewhere else. A woman eventually answered and was very nice, took my information, told me someone would be with me shortly, and put me back on hold. We were sitting in the Domino’s parking lot by this point. Then, around 8:45 PM, my husband got a Ring notification that someone was at our house. It was finally our Domino’s delivery. We had actually watched a car pull out of the Domino’s parking lot as we pulled in, and it appeared to be the same car that showed up at our house. So despite the order being marked out for delivery at 6:58 PM and delivered at 7:40 PM, it did not actually arrive until approximately 8:45 PM — 2 hours and 20 minutes after we ordered. No one ever came back to the phone, either. I stayed on hold until we drove home just so I could confirm that the food had actually arrived. And after all of that, the pizza was cold, the ranch and garlic sauces we ordered were missing, and we received a regular Coke instead of the Diet Coke we ordered. I completely understand that restaurants get busy and delivery estimates aren’t guarantees. If someone had simply told me, “We’re extremely backed up and it’s going to be another hour,” I would have understood. What I don’t understand is being repeatedly told the order was out for delivery, having it marked as delivered more than an hour before it actually arrived, being told that was a “glitch,” being promised an update that never came, and then sitting on hold so long that we were able to physically drive to the restaurant before anyone could help us. 6:25 PM: ordered. 6:58 PM: “out for delivery.” 7:35 PM: first call. 7:40 PM: marked “delivered.” 7:44 PM: second call; told the delivered status was a “glitch.” 8:11 PM: third call. ~8:45 PM: actually delivered. Two hours and twenty minutes for a delivery from a restaurant 8 minutes away, followed by cold food, missing items, and the wrong drink. Completely unacceptable.

    Very disappointing experience. I ordered a large thin-crust pizza with mushrooms, pineapple, and extra cheese. I arrived only 10 minutes after ordering, and this is exactly how it was handed to me—they claimed it had just come out of the oven, but it looked old and dried out. There were huge gaps with barely any cheese, definitely not what I’d consider “extra cheese.” The manager actually argued that the pizza looked “fantastic” and that nothing was wrong with it. Thankfully, I received a refund, but the experience and customer service were terrible. I would avoid this location.
