    Three nights this week now I’ve placed my Domino’s order usually around 9:30 or 10 PM and they don’t close until midnight. After about 30 minutes I have received a phone call. One of those three nights where some ghe-tto woman tells me that my order has been canceled and that “if you want it, you can come get it.” which is crazy, disrespectful, rude, and super unprofessional. And she claims to be a manager. What a joke. I used to love Domino’s but since I’ve moved, it’s the location on 38th St. and unfortunately I don’t think I’ll ever order Domino’s again. I gave them three chances this week and the same thing has happened every time. And it’s after I’ve already spent the time making my order and waiting 30 minutes or so while the app tells me that my food is being made only to receive a phone call that they can’t do my order. And each time I’ve asked if I’m using DoorDash because they’re still doing DoorDash orders and I assume that is because they don’t want management higher up to see that they’re shutting the store down and not doing business. But when they’re doing it via phone, it’s a lot harder to track. They also moved my delivery time up to four hours hoping I would cancel first that way that none of them could get in trouble. This place is a joke.

    If I could give this Domino’s zero stars, I would. I placed an online order on 7/3 and went to the store to pick it up. When I arrived, the employees couldn’t find my order and repeatedly insisted I must have selected the wrong location. After going back and forth with me, they finally found my order and then told me their system was down. To make matters worse, they rushed my order and made it incorrectly. I ordered original hand-tossed pizzas with the garlic seasoning, but instead I received thin-crust pizzas. The pizzas were not what I ordered or wanted. I called the store and spoke with the manager, hoping they would make things right. Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed me for the mistake and refused to help because I didn’t have my receipt—even though the store never gave me one when I picked up my order. On top of everything else, I was met with an attitude from both the staff and the manager throughout the entire situation. As a paying customer, I felt completely disrespected. Instead of listening to my concerns or trying to resolve the issue, they made me feel like I was the problem when the mistakes were entirely on their end. I spent over $40 on pizza that was made incorrectly and tasted nothing like what I ordered. When I asked for the corporate office or the franchise owner’s contact information, the manager refused to provide it, claiming she couldn’t. This was by far the worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had. Poor customer service, no accountability, and no effort to correct their mistake. I will be contacting corporate, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

    Waited in the drive up with one car ahead of us for almost 30mins, our pizzas were done but the drive up was closed. Not sure why they didn’t just have them pull up so they could help other people.

    Complete and absolute trash. From drivers to manager to people answering the phone. Pizza got lost, I called they said they would get one out asap. An hour and a half later I called they said will make it now. After I got hung up on while calling back. Asked to speak to a manager I got somebody I could tell had never been in a high level environment and said she would just get our money back in 24-48 hours. Doesn’t do anything for my family being hungry. Then I had to repeatedly tell the next person my phone number over and over again because he thought there was only 8 numbers to a phone number. Absolutely unbelievable through and through. I truly hope my reviews still carry some weight with people, this place needs overhauled bad. I’m sure I won’t get my money back and my family is still sitting here hungry. Thanks so much for ripping us off👍💩💩

    Horrible, horrible customer service. Falsely marked as delivered, ghosted phone calls, 2+ hour wait I placed an order through the app tonight at 7:25pm. According to the tracker app (visible in the image), the driver left the store at 8:19pm. At 9:13pm, the app explicitly updated to say the order was fully completed and delivered. It was not. When I realized my food wasn't here, I spent over ten minutes calling the store repeatedly to find out what happened, but the manager and staff completely ignored the phone lines. Ghosting paying customers after falsely marking their food as delivered is completely unacceptable. When I finally got through to someone on a later attempt after 9:30pm, the employee casually told me the driver was only just now actually leaving with my food—more than three hours after I ordered. I especially keep getting put on hold for a unnecessary amount of time. Falsely padding your delivery numbers on the tracker while leaving customers starving and ignoring their calls is garbage service. Save your time and money and order from somewhere else that actually respects their customers. If only I could give zero stars.
