Honestly, I'm shocked it's even that high. This was my first and unquestionably my last time ordering from this store. The food was awful from start to finish. The pizzas were made incorrectly, overcooked, dried out, cold, and looked like they had been sitting around for far too long. Items that were supposed to be square-cut were cut normally, and items that were supposed to be cut normally were cut square. The hand-tossed pizzas were paper-thin, and the thin-crust pizza was completely burnt. The quality was so bad that even my kids refused to eat it, which has never happened before. When I called, the first employee I spoke with was kind, professional, and immediately offered a refund after hearing my concerns. Unfortunately, everything went downhill the moment the General Manager, Sam, got on the phone. He made me repeat the entire situation all over again and then flatly refused to help unless I physically returned the food to the store. I explained that I live 25 minutes away and could not make the trip. I even offered to send photos of the food, the receipt, and anything else needed to verify the issue. Sam refused every reasonable solution and insisted that no refund would be issued unless the pizzas were brought back in person. To make matters worse, I had to pay someone else to drive the food back to the store just so I could get my money back. Not only did I receive food that was completely inedible, but I ended up spending even more money trying to resolve a problem that should have been handled professionally from the beginning. The food quality was unacceptable, but the way management handled the situation was even more disappointing. I've rarely experienced customer service this dismissive and unhelpful. Based on my experience, the low 2.7-star rating is fully deserved and may actually be generous. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and order literally anywhere else.

Reported issue, got compensation, life goes on. Today is a different story. To start, I was never alerted that a driver was headed my way. Then, while I was on the phone with my roommate, he said he was driving around the block because there was a random car blocking our driveway. I look out, they were blocking the entrance. Car leaves, and roommate shows up about a minute or two later... with our food. They left the food at the door. I did not request them to do that, and I've never had a driver do that post covid. Not only that, BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOCK. Had my roommate not showed up when he did, our food could've sat out for HOURS. Customers NEED to be alerted when a driver is coming, and when the food arrives, especially if you're just going to leave it at the door! Drivers need to not block customers driveways! Nothing can compensate this experience. I refuse to order from here again.
