Very disappointing experience with Domino’s. We have ordered from this location many times, but our last two orders have had a noticeably spicy/hot taste to the pizza, especially the sauce. I even found several other reviews mentioning the same issue, so clearly we are not the only ones noticing it. What made the experience worse was calling the store and having the employee repeatedly insist that the pizza “is not spicy” instead of simply listening to a customer’s concern. Whether the recipe is supposed to be spicy or not, I know what I’m tasting—and this has happened with two separate orders. After a heated argument, they finally agreed to send a replacement. At that point, however, I no longer felt comfortable accepting another pizza from the same store. We have been longtime Domino’s customers, but after two bad orders and the way this complaint was handled, we won’t be coming back. A simple apology and willingness to listen would have gone a long way.

A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza and it was roughly 1 hour and 45 minutes before closing time my pizzas arrived right at closing they were cold the driver dropping them off even said they're probably cold so I called the store to get it made right they closed the store did not make it right that evening still has not made it right today and if that wasn't bad enough when I called to order another meal on another day after that incident I was told they no longer deliver to me if Domino's cares about their customers they can go back to their video footage and they can go back to their recorded calls but tonight I watched the same store that refused to deliver to me deliver to my friend next door and then when I tried to reach out to the store to understand if they do deliver to me now and the manager was too busy I feel this is retaliation for me complaining about the service that I paid for nothing was personal and I still tipped the driver well over half of my order total and paid the delivery charge it's really sad that Domino's no longer wants my business considering I order from them sometimes multiple times a week on a regular basis I don't wish bad on Domino's in any way if they don't want my business their competitors will but everyone should speak up when they're done wrong and the way I see it is the business didn't hold up to their bargaining end that evening even though they closed their store knowing I had called them several times before asking what the delay was on the delivery I'm not somebody that comes in there and complains and when I do spend my money with the business I do expect to be treated with respect and the product you're selling me be in good standing order as agreed I would not even have gave this experience a star but in order to file a complaint you have to give them a rating if I was the manager or owner of this store I would review cameras and the call logs and do what's right the ball is in my court at this point I was the customer spending my hard-earned money to help support their business
