I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I’m a frequent, loyal customer who orders here multiple times a month, so this situation was frustrating and honestly surprising. I placed an order based on an online promotion that clearly included a free slice of sauce. When I got to the store, the manager and assistant manager refused to honor it. We’re literally talking about $0.99, but instead of trying to make it right, they were dismissive and came across as rude. What bothered me most wasn’t even the cost—it was the attitude. The manager repeatedly told me he “knows what he’s talking about” and shut down the conversation rather than listening or trying to help. There was no effort to resolve the issue or take care of a loyal customer. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service over something so minor. Situations like this are what drive regular customers away. I hope ownership takes this seriously and addresses how customers are treated in-store.

I ordered the classic garden salad, but the lettuce isn’t fresh at all, it smells bad.

⭐ 1 Star – Carside Pickup Issue & Manager Conduct I ordered Domino’s Carside Pickup through the app because I injured my back and couldn’t comfortably go inside. Before I even arrived, the app showed my order as already picked up—so something was clearly wrong right from the start. The bigger issue, though, is the manager on duty. As I was leaving, I made a comment to myself about needing to find another Domino’s location because of how rude the MOD was. Instead of acting professionally, he came out from behind the counter, followed me outside to my car, and started yelling at me that my issue was with corporate—not him or his store. I was already seated in my car, door open, about to leave. There was absolutely no reason for a manager to follow a customer into the parking lot and escalate things like that. That’s not just bad customer service—it’s completely unacceptable behavior. For context, this isn’t the first issue I’ve had when this manager is working. The rest of the staff are consistently great, which makes this stand out even more. I’ve worked for Domino’s before, and behavior like this goes directly against basic management expectations and customer interaction standards. Managers are supposed to de-escalate situations—not create them. I’ve already contacted corporate directly, because this is something they need to be aware of. A Domino’s manager should not be chasing customers to their cars to argue with them. Between the incorrect order status, failure of the Carside Pickup process, and aggressive behavior from management, I won’t be returning to this location. Original review: The first few times I ordered from here, the ladies who are working were awesome. Very kind and professional. But the manager who is working the last time I ordered was rude and dismissive. So the four stars represent the kind ladies that work there. Not the rude guy.
