  We were in a private room for a group event. The catered appetizers were great. Alicia was a great server, friendly and attentive. I would recommend Dave & Busters for your next party.

  Went in on Sunday and they wouldnt honor the 10 wings for $10. They told me it was 8 wings for $10. On the d&b facebook page it says 10 for $10. On their website it said 10 for $10. Any reason im being mislead by employees and having to go elsewhere? Never had this problem before.

  Had a great time at Dave & Buster’s! The atmosphere was fun and energetic, the games were awesome, and there was plenty to do. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well organized. It’s a great place to go with friends or family when you want good food, games, and a fun experience all in one. Definitely would come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Been here since 12 o'clock. No one came to table for 35 minutes. Brought one dish out after a hour and I was eating by myself and had to go ask for the rest of families food. Brought steak out rare rare sent it back and still have no food. This is horrible. Games are fun for the kids but food is expensive and not getting it is worse. Waitress and manager are pretty rude. Calling corporate tomorrow. Save your money on the food part

  Food was great. Got their eat and play unlimited combo and it was great playing games all day and not worrying about reloading a card. The service was terrible. I saw the waitress 3 times, she got our drink orders (there were 8 of us), took our meal order when she brought out our drinks, then when she brought out our food. I ordered a coke, then ordered a mocktail when our drinks came out. I never received my drink, and never got a refill on my coke. No one at the table got a refill on their drinks either. Others in our party ordered mixed drinks and were disappointed. They did not match the menu or the standard for an old fashioned. They ordered 2 old fashioned drink and both tasted completely different, one was undrinkable and they came with crushed ice, which watered them down quickly when the menu specifies they come with a large ice rock. I tracked down a manager and asked him to come over to our table. We told him our concerns and he seemed unbothered by it. His resolution was to not charge me for the mocktail (which I never received in the first place) and not resolve any other concerns we had. Very disappointed in the service but when youre guaranteed a gratuity on a $300-$400 ticket ($150 was for the play cards) I suppose theres no motivation to try to offer better service. Do not think I will be coming back
