  We had such a fun experience at Dave & Buster’s! The atmosphere was energetic, family friendly, and a great way to relax on Mother’s Day! The food was really fresh and the staff were very warm and welcome. Shout Out to Kevin, he was very friendly and made sure our experience was pleasant. We had a slight mishap and he handled it efficiently and promptly. First time here and our experience was great!

  I have brought my son to Dave & Busters since he turned 9 and it became tradition. Today we celebrate his 14th birthday and Kevin the Asst Mgr and the rest of the staff has always taken good care of us. We will continue this tradition as long as we can.

  Andre was just a really good guy. There was a really long line and he got that line down really fast and got us seated down fast an I appreciate because I was SO HUNGRY!! Also he got us a waiter ( Cash) really fast and Cash provided really good customer service. This is literally why I choose to come to this Dave and buster. Thank you !

  Go to any other location. Half the games weren't working and the other half were missing the balls/pucks/whatever you need to play the games. Staff wasn't helpful. We also sat at the bar for 30+ minutes and were waiting to be served and NOBODY even checked on us or took our order. Normally, I would assume this was just a bad day there or something out of the ordinary was happening. But this was our SECOND time at this location and this was the same exact experience twice. The first time we went there, we sat at the bar for what felt like soooo long. We waved at staff. We made eye contact at staff. Nobody wanted to take our order. I don't understand how a place can have such bad customer service.

  We had a party of 9 for our son's birthday dinner. We made online reservations in order to make sure we could be seated. My first sign that our night would be questionable was them looking at us surprised that we were there. I feel like a reservation usually means a table is prepped and ready for you. Instead, we waited 5 minutes at the host stand while people scrambled to get a table ready. Second, we get sat and wait 5-10 minutes to be addressed by a server. She comes to take our drink order and another server pulls her aside to say that we're her table. She takes off and we wait another 5 minutes to then have our drink order taken. We order regular beverages and some alcohol. It took quite a bit longer for the alcohol to come out. She finally takes our food order and seems surprised that we would be ready to order. At this point we've already been at the table for 20 minutes, so why the surprise? Some appetizers come out to our family members. Add another 20-30 minutes after that, and we receive our entrees. The food was great, so no complaints there. In all of this time, I wasn't so much as offered a refill on my water, my husband's, or my son's. She accidentally brought me another mojito, which I declined, only to find out someone else was supposed to have gotten another drink instead. After a grand total of 90 minutes, we get to pay our bills. I was aware there was a gratuity for our party size. However, this is the reason I loathe this policy! If I could have found a manager to request the removal of gratuity, I would have. Getting an automatic 20% on 3 bills?! Assuming every paid close to the same amount we did, she made around $60 for doing a half-cracked job of serving our table. Don't fight about whose table it is if you aren't going to take care of your section. After dinner we went to play some games. My son and my niece each got $35 worth of game play. A whole slew of games were out of order or just eating up your tokens when you scanned the game card. D&B is too expensive for the experience that we had. I think I'll take my time, energy, and money somewhere else next time.
