  I can on a Saturday with 4 of my friends. Female server Jackie, was our waitress. In total we got three drinks and a plate of cheese sticks. The whole hour we were there we got ZERO help. After taking our order and receiving our drinks, we didn’t get checked on ONCE. We flagged Jackie down for help and she gave a HORRIBLE attitude, argued back and forth with me and had us get our checks to leave.

  We hosted a group event and it wasn't a bad price for the game cards, the party platters were overpriced and the food was not that good for $60 each. Most of the games work but several were broken.

  We visited on October 4 to celebrate my youngest daughter's birthday. Both of my daughters are on the autism spectrum, and after a while my oldest became overstimulated by the noise and crowds and needed a quieter place to sit. When we asked about seating in the dining area (95% empty by the way), the staff members we spoke with were rude and dismissive rather than understanding or accommodating, telling us that there wasn't open seating but we could sit, but would need to move if someone came in. My wife then went and sat with her and ordered food and something to drink, so they wouldn't have any reason to give us more attitude. Later, when my youngest daughter redeemed her tickets, one of the employees in the prize area was also short, unfriendly, and seemed annoyed when we asked to him repeat himself, because he basically whispered to us when speaking. The games were fun, and we spent money during our visit, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I'm not sure we'll be back.

  If you need a drink to take out on the floor, good luck. I could not get anyone at the bar to help me. I just kept getting told sorry, not my area. Then it seemed like a good third of the games were broken, or missing pieces for play.

I'll let it sit here but not sure how someone wrote a review on my profile to a place I've never been** "What an amazing place to have fun for my family. Took my wife and 4 kinds in for dinner last night and we were treated so well. Food was amazing. Service was phenomenal. Kevin and Will went above and beyond to make my son feel special for his birthday."
