  The only issue we had was the place was not very busy yet made us stand about 20 minutes before seating us. Not helpful at all at the front. But, once we sat down at the table on the bar side, the server was wonderful. He was so nice and cheerful. He was great!! The food was fantastic! The whole family truly enjoyed the visit!

  It seems the staffing issue was never fixed. We had a reservation for 9:30pm, we came and waited 20 minutes for someone to seat us, nobody did. We went ahead and sat ourselves at the bar then since nobody was serving us or sitting us at our reserved the table. Even sitting at the bar was another 20 minute wait before we could get served. Time is something you can't get back, going to this location, you will spend more time waiting than actually experiencing unfortunately. I've been a big dave n busters fan for a while, but this experience has changed it for me. Coming with a good attitude and leaving with a ruined one wasn't in my bingo book for a "fun" spot.

  Got the boneless wings and fries. Pretty good. Food was not overly hot. Not really busy. Also we ordered the Philly cheese steak egg rolls for appetizer. Pretty good- cheese sauce was great.

  Service was terrible from the very beginning, arriving around 5/5:30 there were signs to wait to be seated but there was no hostess on duty apparently. The server sat us and then left us for quite some time before returning to take our drink orders/ appetizer order (when we arrived there were only 2 tables with people and a couple people at the bar ) we waited for about 15 minutes or so before getting our drinks, surprisingly the appetizer came out before them as well ! Finally after drinks arrived we had to wait for the server to come back to our table in order to ask for straws for our drinks and then she had to leave again to retrieve her note pad in order to take our orders , we waited another 20 minutes or so for our food which was not the best and when it arrived we still had no silverware. Again we waited for the server to come back in order to ask for silverware . Overall this was quite possibly one of the WORST EXPERIENCES we’ve ever had . From service to food it was just awful . I would not recommend this location to anyone . Definitely WAS NOT worth the money spent here .

  Maybe my 4th time there, primarily to watch an AEW Wrestling ppv. I exchange for watching free, I'm willing to spend the equivalent money in food and tip. Tonight, however, was my last night. Having done years of retail, I understand and respect wanting to go home at close. But as a service industry, kicking people out with 1 match left in the ppv was ridiculous. Obviously the biggest match is saved for the end, and probably went 10 or 15 min. I don't know. I was driving the 45 min back home. If you're going to advertise an event, have people in to watch, I believe rare minor adjustments need to be afforded. There's no way you would kick out a packed house because the Super Bowl went a few minutes passed midnight. Had a fantastic waitress, but that was my last visit.
