  I will not be returning to this Chipotle. This is the second food handling issue I’ve experienced at this location. During a previous visit, I watched an employee use the glove they were wearing to scrape food off a serving spoon. That didn’t seem sanitary, but I gave the restaurant another chance. Today, I ordered hard shell tacos. Instead of placing the taco shells directly into the serving tray, the employee set them on top of the lid that had just been removed from the container. I politely asked if I could have different taco shells because I didn’t know whether that lid was a clean food-contact surface. Rather than simply replacing them or explaining the process, another employee became argumentative and dismissive. I wasn’t trying to cause a problem—I was asking a reasonable question about food handling. When customers raise concerns about cleanliness, they should be treated respectfully, not made to feel like they’re wrong for asking. Between the food handling concerns and the way my concern was handled, I chose to leave without ordering. I won’t be returning, and I hope management provides additional food safety and customer service training for the staff.

  Ordered hard shell tacos from here with several ingredients and was given soft shell tacos with meat and sour cream. What a horrible experience, and trying to get in touch with customer service they give me a free drink and case closed. Complete BS and total joke. Stay away

  Got a bowl with chicken and steak(they rang up wrong bowl on receipt). Alot of gristle on the meat. So much gristle i stopped eating when i was halfway done(picture). Ya think spending nearly $15 on a bowl would get you better quality meat but apparently that's not the case with Chipotle anymore. Super disappointing :(

  It was really dirty I came in on Friday May 22nd around 8 pm and tables and the floor had trash everywhere. We had to clean an area to sit down with our family the trash was flowing high I understand things can get busy but it was really gross to see all this. Management of the restaurant was really poor that night.
