I have hypoglycemia and was turned away because of a small storm upon stating that she did she doesn’t care, they may need to take shelter so she’s not letting them make food until she sees fit. The warning passed and she’s still not allowing anyone in. She also needs to learn to watch her attitude when speaking to customers. Fire this lady and maybe y’all can bring your rating up.

Your store is already under 4 stars it would be smart of you to listen to your customers and remove the problem. Terrible service -10/10

The location at 116th is right by our house but is by far the worst Chipotle in Hamilton County. This Binford location has fast & efficient service, restaurant cleanliness and hardworking staff that 116th location simply lacks. We had a delicious meal last night 4/3/26. We will return!
