  Went a couple days ago and the experience was terrible. Absolutely disgusting inside, workers ignoring people and the front constantly, and everyone had a rushed and rude attitude. Definitely one of the crappier locations around, the manager here could really use a replacement

  The young lady at the food service line today at about 2pm was awesome! Thank you for being kind, polite and patient! Also having great eye contact and making sure to tell each person to have a great day! Thank you!!

  Placed a pick up order on 4-22-26 around 2:15 pm. Arrived early and received a polite and friendly greeting by a young lady. A young man handed me my order which was neatly stacked from large to small containers in a paper bag with handles. I thanked him for great service and he replied in a polite and friendly manner. Arrived home and opened my food. My steak and chicken bowl was made neatly and not sloppily as I have experienced at other locations. I appreciate the efforts of the team members that handled my order and management should recognize and compliment good service.

  I didn’t get a chance to eat because no one in the establishment located at 4645 S Emerson Beech Grove, IN. I sat in the lobby over 5 minutes without being spoken to. All the employees argued about who would help the customer, so u decided to just leave. They have no business in the service industry.

  Extremely disappointed with my recent takeout order on April 16th at 1:20 P.M. (pickup time). Not only were the chips burned to a crisp and completely inedible (see photo), but the service at the pickup window was incredibly unprofessional. The employee didn't offer a greeting or a thank you and simply shut the sliding window in my face after handing over the bag. For the price, I expect both quality food and basic courtesy. I am disappointed with the lack of quality control; these chips should NEVER have left that building or been sold to ANYONE. I’ll be reaching out to corporate for a refund
