- RARandi AtwellOct 4, 20263.0It's ok, for some reason the chips are always stale, like literally every time I've been to Chipotle I get chips that are not edible at all. Super stale. Even if I ask for fresh chips. Unfortunately I've never got good chips from this location ever. 😕 maybe they shld look into the packaging or time they get to sit in them brown bags. Also get charged $4 for a little bit more chicken because they are very skimpy with it.

I had an order for 20 minutes, recieved the notification the order was ready for pick up as I pulled into the restaurant, and was then told they'd handed it out 5 minutes prior. Not only did they waste my time, gas, milage, and wear and tear to show up to their restaurant, they wasted their customers time by allowing their order to be stolen and having to go through the refund process. Doordash does not easily push through stolen orders to be remade, nor is it a quick process during dinner rush. It is a waste of everyone's time.

- BBBryantSep 3, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars I would. Been here twice and got the wrong order twice - ordered chips today and there are literally maybe 6 chips in here. Not to mention it took the people working to window about 10 minutes to realize I was there.
