  Worst Chipotle tbh, their grill guy doesn't work with a sense of urgency, they don't communicate about how much meat they need, and the line doesn't keep it stirred so even when they do have it, it's dry.

  Place an order at 10, When we went to pick it up at 10:40 (the time that was instructed) they run of chicken and rice. Ridiculous

  absolutely disgusting. came through the drive thru lane and the food they handed me wasn’t even near my order and i only ordered a quesadilla and 3 tacos. i’m not sure how you serve me an item that doesn’t even resemble anything on the menu but incredibly disappointed.

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. The staff came across as rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping customers. When I clearly asked for a small portion of tomatoes, the employee serving me, Tanu, ignored my request and added a full scoop anyway. It felt like nobody cared about accuracy or customer satisfaction. The overall atmosphere was negative, and the employees seemed frustrated to be there. I left disappointed and don’t plan on returning unless there are major improvements in customer service and attention to customer requests.

  Like all chipotles, they need to switch to weighted bowls. You are completely at the mercy of the employees holding the spoons. We order a barbacoa bowl (this bowl starts at $11.80) and get two tiny tong servings (note tong servings are VERY subjective to how much is grabbed) of meat on top of our single spoonful of rice. Of course paying $12 we ask if we could get a little more (AS THE CEO OF THIS PLACE HAS ASKED PATRONS TO DO) as that doesn’t seem like a fair portion of meat considering our other bowl of chicken for $10 had what looked like twice the meat. They obliged and added two even less tongs of meat covering not even 1/3 of the little rice below. When we get to end of line, we are THEN told THAT was double meat….now the bowl with guacamole and queso is well OVER $20 for just about a serving for an adult. Told them they could keep it and left both bowls considering they have absolutely no interest in reinspecting the bowl to confirm if we truly received an additional $6 worth of meat (which of course we did not). This place is a scam, who in their right minds pays over $20 for a bowl of rice and some meat?? They deserve the reflection on their stock prices they have seen and it’s not a mistake. This store has been chaos since opening. Save yourself the headache and go down to QDOBA.
