  Long line, loud music, out of everything (steak), no napkins, no ice for drinks. Staff ignores you when asking for the napkins and silverware needed to eat your food. Very chaotic ran by a bunch of rude kids just don’t go here.

  10:52 and door not open. They are locked. Workers see a couple people waiting. Sign says 10:45. Headed to another place.

  I genuinely used to love chipotle , the last few times I have went have been quite disappointing just due not having what I wanted , the lines , the food just not tasting the same . I stopped eating here for a few months and decided today to give it a try one more time and to say even more disappointed . Being rushed while ordering in store , forgetting toppings I repeatedly asked for & just to get home and for it to still not be what I wanted . Safe to say it’s been a nice run with chipotle but after the last few times & today I just won’t be eating here anymore .

  I’ve been ordering the same meal at Chipotle for nearly 10 years, and this was easily one of my most uncomfortable experiences. I asked Daniella for half a scoop of hot salsa, but she poured an entire ladle onto my bowl. When I politely asked if she could remake it, she became visibly upset and loudly said, “You’re gonna make me throw this away? Oh my gosh.” She could have simply said, “No problem, I’ll remake it,” or even, “Sorry, I had a heavy hand.” Instead, her reaction made me feel horrible for asking to have an order corrected that I was going to pay for. I got back in line, and Daniella continued discussing the situation with coworkers, who were laughing and looking over at me. Even after I paid and sat down, I could hear and see employees continuing to talk about the situation and laugh from less than 15 feet away. Based on my receipt, I believe the employee who checked me out was Madelyn, who also appeared to participate. (Girl with 5 nose earrings and a new tattoo on elbow) I also observed Daniella in the back on her phone during my visit, as shown in the photo attached to this review. Mistakes happen. The salsa was never the real issue, it was how I was treated afterward. A simple apology or willingness to remake the bowl would have ended the situation immediately. Instead, I was made to feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for asking to receive what I ordered and was paying for. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

  Their POS went down because their lights flickered and after making us wait 20 minutes, we were told to “go to another location”. All you need is a UPS and your system will never go down because of a power outage. This could’ve been handled much better instead of making us wait to then get kicked out.
