- VKVinay KanthetiJun 20, 20262.0As a regular and long-time fan of Chipotle, I was extremely disappointed by my experience at this downtown IND location while traveling. I had previously taken a break from the chain due to skimpy portion sizes, but my local stores have since improved. Unfortunately, this location suffers from those exact issues and worse. The protein portions were severely lacking, and I received barely a quarter spoonful of guacamole. Beyond the portion sizes, the customer service was unacceptable. The person running the store was actually yelling at customers to step aside because they ran out of chicken. There is a respectful way to communicate with paying customers, and this was not it. Furthermore, the cashier was visibly frustrated and wouldn't even give me a moment to pull up my rewards app. I will not be returning to this specific location

Took forever to get through a big line and once you got to the counter to order their ingredients weren’t stuck and instead of getting more they would tell you that they didn’t have it. Not only that the entire restaurant was filthy. Won’t be going again.

And then the lady who was putting the cheese into the bowl was so rude. I got the tiniest sprinkle of cheese ever and when I asked for more she told me in an extremely rude way that’s all she can give me. Like this is not a school cafeteria. There was plenty of cheese left. And I was about to ask for sour cream and the lady just shut the bowl right after I tried asking for more cheese. I had to get it on the side. So rude. Just terrible. I had to wait all that time just to get the smallest, almost nonexistent scrap of cheese.
