  The worker didn’t let me know there wasn’t any toppings left until I got to the end . Should’ve been told before I even started my bowl.

  Not impressed. We had an app order and an in store order. The app order was for two bowls. They only made one. For in-store, I ordered a bowl with extra chicken. I redeemed points for 50% off an entree. When I went to pay they said the 50% only applies to the basic bowl not the extra chicken. Plus it took at least 5 min of standing in front of the food for anyone to acknowledge us. This never happens at the Indy Lake plaza Chipotle location. They always have two line people and they greet you right away. Plus on the way out I noticed the trash had not even been emptied for awhile. Not going to return to this location. We love the food but there was only one person who smiled at us. Another person stood in front of us making an online order and didn’t even acknowledge us. For the price we pay and the e brand itself, I/we expect more.

  Terrible customer service nobody greets you when you walk in let alone acknowledge you when you approach the booth. They just let people stand there.

  Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been in. I stopped at around 7pm on Monday August 3. I should have known when I entered to turn around and go back out. The door was broken. There was one person ahead of me and I didn’t think they would EVER get him served. There were several workers but no one came to wait on us. They didn’t seem to want to wait on us. It took forever. The girl scraped the bottom of containers to serve us. The counter was a mess. Didn’t look like they wiped it all day. They were not friendly. They were not helpful at all. So they struck out completely. Slow, not helpful, not friendly, food barely warm. Worst experience ever at a Chipotle.

  I have been a patron of Chipotle for years. This has to be the biggest dump, or at least of all that I have dined. They have "workers" or probably better described as "just give me my check" workers. They were "out of" practically everything. Dressing, Ice, Tea, hardly any fountain drinks, regular sized cups..... which they could've at least told customers before ordering and paying for it. In fact, the lady who was on the line first said "we are out of ice", then when I was trying to decide if I wanted to purchase a bottled drink, she later confessed, "well we have ice but I have to walk and get it so I am just telling people we are out". Easily could have filled the damn fountain machine with ice and changed the soda dispensers - but I guess it's far easier just to tell customers "we are out" and let the next shift worry about it tomorrow. I have a feeling they are likely "out of a lot of things" out of convenience not wanting to make it or replace it. The food quality sucked as well. I was bussing my table and both garbage cans were overflowing with food and paper products. Customers were actually bringing in food and drinks from OTHER restaurants which I believe is not legal. This place is an absolute dump. The regional and area managers should be fired immediately not to mention the staff. ot better yet, chipotle should just close this dive. Filthy sty.
