  I tried to give this new restaurant a chance. However, the absolute lack of checking my order every single time is unacceptable. This is the only fast food that I eat because I can get grilled chicken and a kale salad and my family will share a waffle fry. Today they forgot both Kale salads and the waffle fries were the soggiest mess. They were not edible. Im sorry. It does not take rocket science to check an order and to make sure you are not serving trash.

  Don’t order in the drive thru completely messed up paid for a 10 piece mini only got 4 and can’t even get a name right

  Awesome, food was great, hot, fresh. Service was great as well. Happy to have a location close to the house. Will visit often

  Honestly I never knew a Chick-fil-A to be slow, but this time it was. And yes I am aware that this location just opened. I was picking up a mobile order and there were 3 other cars in front of me in the mobile line at the pickup side of the building. Meanwhile, over in the drive thru line, it went from no cars to about 12 that came, got their food/drinks, and left. There I was still sitting and waiting. Then, once my order came out, it was missing a sandwich. But of course I was already home - 30 minutes away - when the lack of a sandwich was discovered.

  Been here three times and all got progressively worse. The employees are rude and make you feel guilty for ordering food and making them busy. And if you decide to go to the drive-thru, you will most likely receive your food at a reasonable speed, but will probably be stuck waiting behind 3 other cars who haven’t received their orders… It’s just ridiculous, where is their training?? Don’t waste your time going here; just go to the CFA down the street on Southport…
