- AYAJ Y3 days ago1.0Inside has the worst setup and flow for ordering I've ever seen! There were a ton of people waiting for orders, blocking the counter. It took forever just to be able to order, just 1 person taking orders while making drinks. 1 person doing doordash and delivery orders. The rest of the employees seem like no one knew what they were doing, it was total chaos! The chicken was overcooked and something in the batter or the grease really upset my stomach. Also, I got the s'mores frosted coffee, it was not that good and looked like oatmeal, very odd! The only positive about my visit was the cashier, extremely nice and the person that brought the food to the table was very nice.

I didn’t receive my order until 10:30. They came up to me multiple times and asked for my name. They assured me the order would be out soon. And continued to serve people who came in after me. One of the worse experiences at a chick fa la unfortunately. Also my first time at the chick fa la, so maybe they’re just this bad.

I am recovering from a spine fusion and got the great BOG coupon for a free sandwich. So I placed a mobile delivery order with the store itself. Not DoorDash. I ordered the sandwich. A large fry. Two diet cokes with no ice because it always melts. A large Dr Pepper and a peach shake. I was letting my dog out when they arrive. I got back in but no food. So I called and the driver said they gave him the wrong order and he had to go back. I was like no problem but please make sure I get fresh food. Not whatever’s been sitting there. They get back and I get my food. Both diet cokes have melted ice and are know watered down. The fries are ice cold. So is the sandwich and my shake is melted. I called customer service to see if I can atleast get fresh food. I’m sent to a CALL CENTER where this guy spends more time verifying I am who I say than caring about my experince. Then at the end he says - well we will let the store know and they will be in touch in 2-3 days. SERIOUSLY? WOW. Completely unacceptable timeframe to handle this complaint. I def will not be back and see Chick Fil A standards are sinking to match those of MxDonalds. Sad sad sad. ESP when your charged $5 for a delivery fee and I’m paying $10 for a tip. I will not be back.
