  I have Alpha-gal syndrome and rarely feel safe eating out. Cava was a great surprise! Allergy and people friendly even during a crazy busy lunch hour. First faster food restaurant to listen carefully and make sure all protocols were followed. Delicious food and lovely people from the service line to the manager. I will be back!!

  super disappointed with this location. Cava is one of our favorite places to eat but every single time I come to this location they make me not want to come back. typically when I come, I mobile order the food when I’m leaving work so I can pick it up on my way home. every time without fail, I’m there waiting for 10-15 minutes past the quoted time. tonight there was a decent line and still several people who walked in after me and ordered at the counter were walking out far before I did. then when I finally got my food 20 minutes later, both bowls were not made correctly. thankfully I noticed before I left that there was lettuce that shouldn’t be there, so they remade that one, but when I got the remade bowl, I noticed there was only 1 scoop of dip when I had ordered 3. I was told they were out of the crazy feta, which is totally fine, but it was frustrating that I wasn’t asked if I’d like a different dip instead. instead they were just going to let me go home and find that 2 dips that I paid for were missing - thankfully there was one very kind employee back in the kitchen who told the employee that was helping me to give me another dip instead, because quite frankly he was the least helpful person ever. will not be returning to this location which is super unfortunate as it’s the only one close by

  First walking in the door the employees were welcoming and very clean food bar! I was greeted and served very politely and kind. The employees were very helpful and explained the menu items to me. Each team member had a positive spirit and were super fun! They were very professional but still took time to Make my experience personal! And food was fresh and delicious! To Lia, Donya,Chanelle,Kayla, Kaylee,Makayla , Cody thank you all for your excellent service!

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this CAVA location. The employee named Taniyah who helped me had an incredibly rude attitude from the moment I approached the counter. Not only did she mess up my order, but when I politely pointed out the mistake, she argued with me instead of trying to fix it. To make matters worse, when I asked for her name so I could report the issue, she refused to provide it. Also, when going to a Cava from a different location, the price for the same exact bowl was $3 cheaper leading me to believe that the other one overcharged me anyway. That level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Good customer service starts with treating customers respectfully and taking responsibility when mistakes happen. Instead, I was met with hostility and dismissiveness. I enjoy CAVA's food, but experiences like this make me think twice about coming back. Management should address how customers are treated and ensure employees are held accountable for their behavior.

  I have been coming to this restaurant consistently for about two years and have always had good experiences with the employees here. I come in year-round, often multiple times a week, and typically spend around $15–$20 each visit. Today, however, I had an experience that was very disappointing and honestly made me decide not to purchase my lunch. I came in wanting a steak bowl, but when I looked at the steak available, there was barely any left and the remaining portion did not look fresh or appealing. I simply asked if I could wait for the next batch of steak to be prepared because I wanted to enjoy my meal. Instead of receiving help with a simple request, the cashier (I believe her name was Saniya, although she refused to provide her name when I asked because I wanted to leave a review and said she did not have to give it) responded with an attitude that felt dismissive and unprofessional. She repeatedly told me that the next batch of steak would be the same and came across as passive-aggressive rather than trying to assist me as a customer. I was not asking for anything unreasonable — I just wanted to wait for a fresh batch of steak before spending money on my meal. After this interaction, I decided not to buy lunch and left disappointed. What makes this frustrating is that I have been a loyal customer for years and have never experienced this type of treatment from the employees here. A single negative interaction can really impact how a customer feels about returning, and unfortunately, because of this experience, I do not plan on coming back anytime soon.
