  One of the managers (I sadly did not get his name) saw me outside (I had popped my tire and I was parked outside the place for over an hour). He came out and we were talking and he was insisting that I need to try Cava’s. I told him I sadly don’t have the money to do so. He bought my lunch for me and said “it looks like i am having a rough day”. That man made my day and it just shows how amazing this place truly is. Also food 10/10

  If you like a light, fresh, and filling meal with the option to make it how you like it, then I suggest you check out Cava! I had the lamb meatball bowl, their chips, and falafel, all of which were good. It is definitely in my rotation of quick meal options now.

  I ordered catering for our office and it was a huge hit! The food was so fresh and tasty! I was all neatly packed and they provided all the necessary plates and utensils. For something fresh and new, I would highly recommend this for your next office catering.

  The restaurant and surround grounds need some cleaning but the customer service was fast and friendly. The freshly made drinks leave a lot to be desired to me personally. The bowl I got was great! The vegetables were fresh and there were plenty of sauces to choose from! The sour cream Pita was amazing!

  I recently ordered a Steak & Feta Pita at the Indianapolis location and was very disappointed with both the food preparation and the customer service. The employee preparing my pita did not drain the excess liquid from the onions or pickles, which left the pita soggy. She also added spicy harissa dressing instead of the Greek vinaigrette listed on the order instructions. When I politely mentioned that the pita was supposed to have Greek vinaigrette, not harissa, she responded with an attitude and insisted that she had made it correctly, despite the instructions clearly stating otherwise. Additionally, she seemed reluctant to add the garlic sauce that was also listed on the order, and the amount of lettuce included was minimal, only a few small pieces. Mistakes can happen, but what was most disappointing was the dismissive and rude response when I tried to clarify the order. Between the poor food preparation and the customer service experience, I left very dissatisfied and do not plan to return to this location.
