- VDV. Dickerson5 days ago1.0Buffalo Wild Wings on 62nd Street in Indianapolis seriously needs help with cleanliness and customer comfort. I’ve been here over 40 minutes and counted at least 7 dirty tables where customers already left, and nobody has cleaned them. The whole dining area looks neglected and understaffed. On top of that, it’s freezing inside the restaurant. It’s only around 60 degrees outside, but they’ve got the AC blasting like it’s the middle of July. Everyone around me looks uncomfortable. Spoke with the server and the manager refused to turn down the air. Dirty tables, cold atmosphere, and slow attention to basic upkeep completely ruin the experience. Management really needs to step up because this location has gone downhill.

He took the time to address our concerns and was friendly, thoughtful, and professional throughout our visit. Our server, Alpha, was also outstanding. Even though she was the only server working at the time, she handled everything incredibly well. She made sure everyone received their meals in a timely manner and remained attentive and kind to both our table and the other guests. Her hard work and positive attitude were clearly appreciated by everyone in the restaurant. Overall, the service was exceptional, and we truly appreciated the effort both Nathan and Alpha put into making our visit enjoyable.

My husbands wings half didn’t even come with the rub on it just plain wings. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food. My husband didn’t get any of the extra sauce he ordered. We ended up going to a different location.
