- CDClaudia Diehl4 days ago4.0Our party had 4 adults 2 children. We ordered fettuccine and chicken parmasan. There was a medium bowl of fettuccine and 3 chicken breast. We also ordered the broccoli which was undercooked and tasted old. We ordered water. Our bill came to $100 or so. This was definitely not much food. The 2 children ate most of the fettuccine leaving 3 breast for 4 adults and the broccoli Don't believe this was family portion. Our server never offered to fill our water. She did ask how the food was but did not wait for any of us to respond. She delivered the bill and took off. The adults all left hungry. At least offer spaghetti with the chicken . This was not a pleasant meal.

I was craving their shrimp scampi pasta, but was very disappointed. When we came in we were not greeted. No one came up to seat us, take our order, offer drinks, bread, nothing. Me and my daughter sat there and was bypassed multiple times by employees, and was never acknowledge. Instead of causing a scene and possibly getting the police called on me, we left. It's crazy that in 2026 we are still dealing with this. If you are of color, do not waste your money on a company that can't even take the time to greet their customers. The only reason they even received a star is because one had to be on there for the post to be submitted.

One bartender had to make drinks for the whole restaurant while also looking after me and another patron seated at the bar, plus looking after 5 other tables of people around the bar. 40 minutes in, I finally placed my food order. 20 minutes later, the salad and pasta came out together. Then another 20+ minute wait for the check that was acknowledged but never came. Finally lost my cool and left $60 on the bar and walked out. First time/last time eating here. Not worth the frustration.
