  I come in here all of the time and each and every time they never fail to be amazing. The service food, and atmosphere are absolutely incredible. The staff here takes such great care of you and I would not choose anywhere else for those special moments!

  Worst Bonefish experience yet. I want to preface this by saying that this was only a party of two on a Thursday night. The restaurant was not particularly busy aside from two large parties who were already practically on dessert by the time we arrived and were being taken care of by other servers. Our server only had one or two other small tables besides us, so there really wasn’t a significant amount of volume in his section After being seated, we waited about 8 minutes before our server approached us. He apologized and asked about drinks, and we ordered water and one margarita. It took another 5 minutes for the waters to arrive. At that point, we realized service was going to be slow, so we went ahead and ordered all of our food. We were never offered or brought the complimentary bread, so when we ordered our appetizers and entrees, we specifically asked for it. Our appetizer came out, but still no bread. We asked again, and another 8–10 minutes went by without a check-in or the bread. We ultimately didn’t receive it until our entrees came out, which pretty much defeats the purpose of having it before the main entree. After our food arrived, we didn’t see our server again for 25 minutes give or take. When he finally came back, we asked for boxes. He agreed and also offered us a complimentary birthday dessert. He then left and returned with only the dessert menu. We waited almost another 10 minutes before he came back so we could actually order the dessert, despite already knowing we wanted one. We placed the dessert order for to go and again requested the boxes we still hadn’t received. Another 5 minutes or so passed before we finally got them, followed by another 15 minute wait for the dessert. By this point, we had finished eating roughly 35 minutes earlier and were more than ready to leave. I completely understand that restaurants get busy, mistakes happen, and new servers need time to learn. Our server even told us he was new, so it was clear that he hadn’t been fully trained. However, having to ask for the same things two or more times throughout the meal, with long stretches of time between each interaction, is not the level of service I’ve experienced at Bonefish in the past. My frustration isn’t that our server was new. It’s that he appeared to be left on the floor without enough training or support. Please make sure new servers are thoroughly trained and have adequate support before being expected to handle tables independently. I hope this was an isolated experience, because I’ve had much better experiences at Bonefish in the past.

  Went to this restaurant last night, very few people there. Ordered the special summer Chilean sea bass. It was supposed to be served with a citrus scallion butter topping, instead it came with a massive lump of butter and the food was almost cold. The waiter offered to heat it but then you get dried out fish. That is my last time going.
