  Have had a good experience at all bibibops I have visited and this one was no exception. Love that I can trust all the food there as it is 100% gluten free! Picked up a bowl for dinner tonight and Dre was very friendly and helpful.

  Discovered this gem on my last visit to Indy. I am GF and love all the tasty options they serve and they all include Probiotic rich Miso. I am a fan of their artisan iced teas and lemonades, too. Grab a table inside or out. Grayson was great at putting together my order-super helpful.

  Ordered online, 1 order prepared and ready, the other didn't print. The staff was very understanding and accommodating. I showed the order number and it was prepared right then.

  1st time eating here and my last. They served me burnt broccoli I do not recommend this place at all if they dont care about the food they serve . Ordered a orginal bowl and it was only half full. $15.00 for the bowl and a drink then checked out and the credit card reader asked for a tip...a tip for what? The tables we not even clean. Not a very good way to run a business.

  Brittany gave excellent customer service. She helped me figure out how to place my order on the app to take advantage of an offer. She also came to our table later to see how we liked our food and to ask if there was anything we needed. I was delighted to learn the cookie is “gluten- free, dairy, free, nut free, but flavor full”! I would never have guessed this snickerdoodle cookie was gluten-free. It was soft and delicious.!
