  I was a regular at this location for over a year. I was a bus driver from out of district. Arby's was my hang out spot in between dropping off students and picking them up. At first the location was a bit rough (August2025-January2026). Long wait times unclean lobby and bathrooms. Food was just good sometimes. Then they got a new store manager. A young man that spun the whole atmosphere around 180. I saw him cleaning the lobby and outside. I could hear him coach employees and lifting them up in positive ways. Wait times were shortened food was fresher and tasted excellent. I ate here frequently and spent a lot of afternoons in here. The team and manager always welcomed me and had great attitudes. I wish I could remember the young man's name. But he made an impression on me and that location. I believe lots of people are quick to complain about every little thing. Rarely do we stop and mention greatness. So I wanted to share greatness today.

  Went to this location this afternoon for a simple Chicken Bacon Swiss no mustard.....what did I receive you may ask? I got what I ordered but I didn't think I receive a hockey puck in the form of a burnt chicken patty on the sandwich. Someone in that kitchen, really put together this product to serve to me KNOWING it was burnt. I was a walk in customer and had time to wait for a fresh product if needed. Shameful..... First thing you smell when you open the wrapper around the sandwich is a burnt product. No mistaking it, so I don't understand the apathy. Never coming back. Thanks for nothing.

  Worst Arby’s in Indianapolis. Went today at 2:08 PM on a Tuesday afternoon and the girl says they’re out of roast beef. And I said how is that possible? You are . Arby’s roast beef, I can’t make this up, she said, because people keep buying it. Awful management horrible management
