  Worst Arby’s in Indianapolis. Went today at 2:08 PM on a Tuesday afternoon and the girl says they’re out of roast beef. And I said how is that possible? You are . Arby’s roast beef, I can’t make this up, she said, because people keep buying it. Awful management horrible management

  I was just at this location. It was 1030 on a Friday and they said that they were out of all roast beef items. ARBY'S was out of roast beef..... during peak Friday night grub time.I don't believe for one second, that any of that is true. It's more likely that the manager doesn't order properly, or even more likely the the lazy employees didn't want to have to put in any more effort for the night.

  Oh my God for a place so comfortable with serving cold, unpalatable roast beef how in the world do you guys have 3.9 Stars?! Fries tasted fake. Service was friendly but disingenuous. Employees openly smoke.
