  Ordered a classic roast beef and cheddar bogo online to pick up inside restaurant. When I got there 10 minutes after order was to be ready, was told they were out of roast beef, the guy went to get more. I asked how long he would be since I had appointment at 2:30. She said he just left, didn't know how long he would be or where he was going. She did let me pick another two sandwich mes on menu but since they .mostly have roast beef, selection was limited. I picked ham and Swiss, when I had just set down the guy came in with a box of what looked to be roast beef. I paid $1. more by the way for roast beef I didn't get. They were out of pickles, too.

  Tried the chicken salad with pecans sandwich. Pecans few and far in between. Not much taste to the sandwich. The roast beef is great. Though Arby's Roast beef was out of roast beef when I was there...again.

  Ordered Uber eats. 2 of my sandwiches missing and potato cakes so old and stale. Totally disappointed!!

  My daughter, granddaughter, and I walked into this Arby's Saturday evening at 9:00. I heavy set woman walked from behind the counter towards the soda machine. I smiled and said hello. She smirked and went back towards the food prep area. We stood there for 5 or 6 minutes with no acknowledgement. We left and will not be back.
