  Ordered the double original roast beef sandwich meal with curly fries and a Diet Coke. The roast beef portion was generous, tender and flavorful. The fries were crunchy and flavorful. Neither were hot nor very warm. They were temporarily out of Diet Coke. The employee was very kind and communicated about the issue well. It was good, but I’ve had better Arby’s.

  It was the last day of the pulled pork/brisket sandwiches promo (unbeknownst to us). We ordered ahead, and there was only enough pork for one sandwich, only we weren't told that until we picked up our order.

  Ordered to brisket sandwiches with the sweet barbecue. They were out of the barbecue for the brisket. The meat in the sandwiches was nothing but fat and grisle, making them inedible. I took one of the sandwiches back which had not been opened.And explained the situation I will give them credit that gave me coupons for 2 free sandwiches two later, replace the ones that were not edible.
