    We were ignored while trying to order because they were prioritizing the drive thru, and said they didn't want to start any new orders so their time wouldn't get messed up. When an employee finally acknowledged us, she told us their shake machine was down and that was the only reason we went there, so we left after wasting about 20 minutes waiting.

    They keep your change .. the cashier older lady in drive through.. has the nasty attitude.ill never eat at this one again 21 shadeland until new management I use to love the young bubbly girls with braces and the guy management they always made my order just like I requested without any issues.sad thing is without us customers returning there's no money to pay workers... customers matter and God sees everything.. do the right thing even if no one is looking... Sad that 40 plus year olds are keeping our change

    I waited twenty minutes for a double hamburger and a roast beef sandwich. The hamburger was raw from the edge.All the way through. Does sandwich had to meet just folded like how it come out the package. It wasn't layered as it serve standard. It was no bun sandwiches. They were served in a cardboard box And upside down with no barrier like extra lettuce, like most people do or either, they put it in the salad container. It was a hot mess for the money I spent.And I was traveling, so I didn't see it till in another state. There were not even busy. I was the only person in drive through.And the dining room was empty. I went inside to use the restroom. It was reasonably clean.
