  I want give 0stars Drive thru woman was so rude, from slamming window door open and close. Shiving food at me. Ignoring me, yelling "What!? When i questioned Missing items. Big mistake cause all the food was disgusting and foul smelling. Thru everything out.. stay from away from this location.

  I want to take the time to give a good review for a store and qn employee who deserves to be acknowledged! Princess is the kind of employee that establishments.need to have train them! I didn't understand how to use my birthday coupon and instead of being met with a rude unhelpful employee, Princess was there and calmly helped me and explained how to use it correctly but went ahead and figured out the process would be easier ifahe went ahead and took care of it ! I hope Arby's realize and is grateful for this girl because believe me there are very very few like her! Princess you should be training employees on what customer service is period! Thanks again for taking the time to help me!! 🤩

  The condiments in the dining room were not stocked, had to keep going to the counter for what we needed.
