  Ordered through door dash and upon receiving my order the first thing I noticed was no straw for my drink and no napkins. I proceeded to eat my fries and then all hell broke loose just opening my sandwich. It looked like the cashier at Walmart decided to wipe the inside of her thighs with the sandwich before they put it in the wrapper. Tried taking a bite of it and had all the meat fall out along with 4 pounds of cheese all over my hands. Got into my truck and drove back to the store. Was greeted by the most unfriendly cashier I’ve ever met in my life. As soon as I walked in with my bag she started yelling for the manager. I showed her my sandwich and she made a comment about a bite being taken out of it. I told her I attempted to eat the monstrosity that was before me but was unsuccessful. Her and the manager began going back and forth because the manager didn’t care what it looked like, she just wanted to remake it. The 3 young men in the back were bantering back and forth acting like they were spanking each other and making moaning noises while doing so. Then 2 of them get into an argument about how to make a beef n cheddar. The manager hands me my new sandwich and like an idiot, I trusted it was made correctly since she was involved. I get home and find it just as bad as before. I call the store only to have her justify it because of the amount of cheddar they put in the sandwich. I don’t know how they ever sell any of these because the ones I’ve always had, you only needed a napkin to wipe your face, not your elbows and shoulders. The unprofessional at every level of this store needs to be addressed along with their quality. Will not be returning.

  Went in 13:50 no one in line not busy. waited in line for five minutes three people behind the counter. All three of them saw me none of them acknowledged. Hey I’ll be with you in a minute so I walked out. This is the second time in six months that I’ve walked out of that location. Terrible. I will never go back!

  I always rate fast food at a 3, it has to be above normal service levels to go higher. After all it's not like the restaurant atmosphere is what I go for in a fast food place.

  I stopped by there today and the lobby was locked no sign to state it was closed. I saw other people trying to go in as well.

  Everything's cold. Edit. Thanks $60 in cold food. Guy standing in the front on his phone while the lady was working hard trying to get orders out. Would have hoped for some kind of compensation spending this much but it's OK. I'll go to the Washington street location from now on
