    Besides the 13 minute wait after he told me to please hold at the speaker in the drive-through which I don’t mind. But it was literally 13 minutes when I then had to say “hello!“ He then took my order and he was very polite at the window and the food was great so I don’t have complaints about any of that. But to leave a customer sitting at the speaker and forget about them deserves to be docked a few points. Happy day!

    We ordered food to go. Our server behind the counter was friendly and helpful (our five year old couldn’t decide what to get). Food tasted great. A great stop on our road trip!

    I had a coupon to the Arby’s app. Their system wasn’t working instead of trying to find a way to honor it they told me theres nothing they could do, so I couldn’t order any food.

    I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich and there was more bread than chicken salad on the sandwich which had no lettuce on it also.

    Frickin hours are wrong. Drove all this way to get something to eat and the door is locked.
