Hello, Morning.
I've been going back & forth on if I was going to leave A review, or not.
Yesterday, I had placed My order ahead of time & I went in to pick up My food it was ready on the counter.
No one communicated anything about some of the stuff being completely out/they not having any.
I opened the box & I had A bald sandwich, no curly fries, & no Mariana sauce
My sandwich was supposed to have shredded lettuce & mayonnaise.
I go to the counter ask for the Mariana sauce,
They then notified me that they were out & to look around the corner.
There wasn't any Mariana sauce,
So, then I asked,
"Are you all out of shredded lettuce & mayonnaise as well?"
Everyone looked at each other & stated yes,
The older causcasian Man gave me two packets of mayonnaise, in which I made sure to,
"Thank Him".
So, I didn't even think about the fries until after,
Because I'm asking Myself,
"How are they out of everything & no one's in the drive through & there was only A couple other than myself".
So, I asked A lady that works there that walked past while I was eating,
"Ma'am, Do you all not have any curly fries either?"
She looked at me with disgust & she didn't get smart,
Yet, I know that she was tired of me asking for things that I had paid for, because it was all over Her face & demeanor.
The lady's response,
"We do carry them, Yet we don't have those either".
I wanted to ask, why didn't anyone notify me that A lot of things were out, when I went to the counter to get My food,
Yet, I didn't.
I just didn't believe if they were really out of everything, or if they didn't really want to work,
The restaurant only had three people, the couple had eaten their food & left, so I was the only one & no one had come through the drive through.
If it was busy/extremely busy & you're stating that you're out of things, then I would understand that.
Just, stating that you're out of everything when the place is literally empty just about,
I was just in disbelief.
Thank you & wamr regards.
