  I came here a few days ago with my fiancé in the drivers seat, the wait time was fine but when it came to me asking for my sauces the cashier was a bit taken aback all because I asked for “Arby and ketchup sauce” like who cares about the way I said it, but she asked me twice again before actually handing it to me. It was so unnecessary and unprofessional , like no offence but just put the sauce in the bag it’s not that deep.

  It was the first Arby's in years and the first time at this location. The order taker was all smiles, bless her, I ordered just a basic Arby's and a Jamoca shake and sat in the very clean meal room out of the cold. It was quiet and pleasant. On the way out they said, "Good night" 👍 👌
