  Waited over 10 minutes for a my order. With only one car in front of me. I ordered a large black coffee, had to tell her several times I didn’t want cream or sugar. Finally got up to the cashier, waited some more, he tries to hand me a huge ice coffee. Said didn’t you order a large Americana? I told him no, just a large black coffee. Waited some more for. A lukewarm cup of I guess it was coffee.

  Great people who talked with me and made the experience enjoyable with low stress. They had good music playing with a casual hello and were nice with each other while having fun questions of the day. They wore fun unique merch which was not intimidating but intriguing and appealing.

  Where do I begin… yes some of the employees are rude! Will look at you and won’t walk to your car like the others do. Tonight I went a little bit before closing.. I get it- you’re cleaning up, breaking down the machines and etc but at least make the customers order correct. It was pure laziness! My drink looked like straight milk in which I knew it wasn’t correct. Soon as I tasted it- sure it tasted like a shake w/ a bunch of ice , whipped cream and barely any drizzle! I was P*SSED!!!! I won’t be coming back here. I’ll go to Dutch bros or Starbucks again !! Cus that was straight laziness to do! My drink is never that light nor did I taste the expresso at all. It’s always when I tip I get the sh*tty service

  Paul wolf i completely disagree with your review, your wife was racist and discriminated towards the employees. The reason why she got her order refused because she cut the whole line instead of actually waiting like a decent person. So don’t blame the employees for something that is your wife is fault for because she chose to act like a toddler and cry about it. To the district manager Taylor you did a horrible job with dealing with this instead of actually refusing her order after she discriminated and threw racial slurs at the poor girl in her graduation gown you took her order and disappointed every client you had in line, so that the example your showing customers? That they’re allowed to do all that discriminate and cut the line ? Nice to know that this stand shows nothing but discrimination. The rest of the employees were great staff , I never caught the girl in the graduation gown name but she really deserved better!

  I just want to say the review Paul wolf wrote is completely the opposite of what really happened I was also a customer during the time his rude racist bigot wife came to 7 Brew and skipped the entire line as if she was entitled and began to insult the employees who were absolutely respectful despite being screamed racial slurs at them. The district manager should have been more on the team’s defense rather than supporting rude bigotry racist entitled self centered no self control customers that lack respect and have no idea how to treat others.
