  Every time I go I have nothing less than a good experience they were a little slow last time but they were kinda busy so I cant hold that against them♥️

  I get the same coffee everyday the same one I don't change it. When I get my coffee back and I say "hey this doesnt taste right the sweetness isn't like it normally is". I'm wrong and yall want to argue with me this is the only location that I've come across where Im the one thats in the wrong and Ive been to 7brews from here to Colorado and you argue and dont just remake the drink yall got to be right first about it, which you havnt been 3 times now. When I get the same coffee everyday I'm the one thats right. Also during your opening event week I watched as you handed out full trays of smalls to 2 seperate cars with only 1 person in the car. did not see you take payment but once it got to me you guys had no idea as to what i was talking about and was only offered one small per car until i showed the flier then I was told "oh yeah its one per person in the car". When I literally watched you hand out trays to your friends/family. i didnt appreciate the playing dumb or making me feel like once again I was in the WRONG. This specific location the management/ team needs training ive been to 7 brews from here to Colorado and this location is weird vibes. I even went to a opening the WHOLE WEEK for one in Wyoming and never had problems like this one.

  I’m not familiar with the Seven Brew brand, but stopped by one day to give support. I just wanted a regular coffee with cream, but that was so confusing to the young people working that day, I just cancelled the order and left. If coffee is the base for all the drinks, why can’t I get just a plain ol’ cup of hot coffee?!? I don’t fault the young people. It seems to me to be a training issue. If I get a reply back to this review, I’ll give it another try. Just want to know if they serve just a plain ol’ cup of coffee?!?

  I get the exact same drink from 7 brew almost every single time probably a few hundredtimes in total. The 2 times I have been here the employees were argumentative when I told them my drink wasn't made correctly. This last time my drink came out orange. My drink is a pixie stick from their "secret menu" it's supposed to be red like really red. I told the employee that it doesn't look correct because it was orange, she takes it inside and the person who made it and the manager comes out and tells me it was made correctly. I said it is supposed to have pomegranate in it and that makes it red, she doubles down and said its correct and I am wrong. This is the second time I have been told at this location that I am wrong even tho I have gotten this exact drink a few hundred times from different 7 brews. They are also very slow and skip people in line. I have been to 7 brew locations in 5 different states this is the worst location in speed and customer service.

  Anytime I visit this location, it feels like it lacks basic organization or structure. Like other reviews, drinks take longer to be made than other locations. Crew members seem more focused on socializing with one another and they often walk around enjoying their own drinks. I was even once skipped in line and the car behind me was helped first, even though I pulled up first? Overall, the energy at this location isn’t very inviting and once again lacks structure compared to other locations.
