  I usually stop at this location daily sometimes twice. a bunch of amazing workers especially Ariah she has recommended a few amazing drinks that has never disappointed always great customer service with a smile.

  This is normally my favorite 7Brew location, but the last few times I’ve visited it has been very hit or miss. I ordered a drink which would typically come with whipped cream. I selected no whipped cream on the app and it did not show the modification (Chill, but let me double-check so I don’t get an upset tummy). When the first server scanned the QR code, I double-checked there would be no whipped cream which they confirmed. Getting to the front of the line to pay, the next server then read off the order. There was no mention of the lack of whipped cream (Also still chill) so I checked again. They confirmed and brought out the coffee a few moments later which had whipped cream. Literally no big deal. The server and I looked at each other and sort of laughed it off as we both had just talked about it. Again, no big deal, I understand the hustle and bustle of the food industry but did ask to have it remade as I paid for the drink and checked each time there would be no dairy. I then had the privilege of watching the server through the window place their hand into the coffee, remove what they could of the whipped cream and then pour the drink into a new cup to ensure the coffee still looked good as new. Cool, cool. Interesting choice to do in front of customers, but you do you. I asked to have it remade due to dairy still in the coffee and now their hand. While I know the coffee was not remade, I would like to ask: 1. Do you want customers to be allowed to make modifications to their orders? If not, please remove them from your app. 2. Are your servers trained to put their hands into the coffee to remove ingredients? 3. Do you train your employees on allergies, dietary restrictions, or simply respecting that the customer does not want an ingredient nor do they typically want their hands in the drinks? Perhaps my stomach got upset because they didn’t use oat milk and I’m just being dramatic. Anyways thanks for coming to my TEDtalk. I’ll see you in a few months when I decide I’m over this. ❤️

  Please see below my drink that had a dead bee at the bottom of the cup. Everyday you drive through this location there are SWARMS of bees. You have to roll your window up to make sure they do not get in your car. The amount of trash and boxes left outside the building is also unsightly. I have been double charged for the same order here.... they ask you for a tip everytime you buy something... my tip is TO HANDLE YOUR PEST CONTROL PROBLEM. Completely inexcusable. I will never come here again.

  I absolutely love 7 Brew! But lately the coffee has been tasting extremely watered down. I guess it may depend on the time of day. But it hasn’t been as good as it usually was.

  Order ahead needs work. Why order ahead if they are not going to make it until you arrive? Defeats the purpose. Weekends are rough at this location and they consistently struggle with timing and customer service.
