  I have been a regular at this stand since it opened, going several times a week, and it has been great. However, recently the service has declined and quickly. I’ve waited in line for 30+ minutes several times over the last week. When visiting the store recently - the second lane looked to be blocked off - yet there were two cars in that lane, I went around to the second lane (there was a break in the cones at as the lanes turned) . I was immediately yelled at that the lane was closed. I pointed out there were cars there- and was told I needed to go the first lane, so I turned my vehicle to move into the 1st lane. I was then skipped over in the ordering process. So I pulled out of line and back around- only to be laughed at and have two employees talk about me and snicker when I pulled up to get my drink. The person to provided my drink was laughing as I pulled away- I could see her in the mirror. I haven’t ever had service like this as that stand. What was a simple mistake (I go almost daily the second lane is never closed off) turned into being mocked and laughed at. Turning off a lane is perfectly fine- but the inside lane isn’t friendly for larger vehicles….to make the turn. Though I’m sure if I would have had to back up to make it that would have been just as funny!

  Good afternoon. We stopped at the Greenwood 7 Brew location. We literally waited in line for 20 minutes. We come to this location all the time and never had issues. Cars behind us were getting their drinks in the line we were in. I wojld upset that I had to sit behind is for almost 10 minutes. The other line the cars were flying through. When I asked to speak to a manager the reason was because they had 5 call offs. I understand that is unfortunate for them but it should not of take almost 20 minutes to get through the line. Normally would be a 5 star.

  I spend $400-500/mo for business customers at this franchise. However, that is likely to change. It's hard to believe that this business has a good product, excellent staff, but refuses to buy a printer for customer receipts. Fix your service 7 Brew or customers like me will start to disappear.
