I usually love 7 brew but not today. I ordered on the app this morning and it made nothing faster. After I had payed for my drink in person it took them 10 more minutes just to make my drink. Then my drink was made completely wrong and I did not like it at all.

Best drinks worst workers I’ve been to many brews and I go a lot & the way these girls treat the customers is absolutely disgusting. I get they are kids but this is still your job and your selling a product don’t be rude to the ones buying . Do better

This place has the rudest customer service EVER!!!!! They want to roll their eyes when ur communicating with them. I had the exact cash to pay the girl she rolled her eyes when i said I gave the exact can i get it drink she pretended she didn't hear me went to her co worker an said something to her an she immediately turned an looked at me......then she basically threw my coffee at me in a aggressive manner......I'll never go back there again.

This was shockingly bad. I should have read the reviews first. I guess they're known for poor coffee and yummy, sugary coffee-like drinks. I ordered a cappuccino and the whole cup was full of hot, nasty scalded milk. A cappuccino should only be half espresso/milk and half foam. Beyond disappointing... cannot recommend. The staff was great! The product was not!
