  First off I ordered by calling and talked to someone when placing order they didn’t tell me they didn’t have stuffed crust. Someone else called and said we can’t exchange it without you reordering the whole thing so I reordered my order. He discounted it . Since not having delivery guys they said door dash would bring it and they carried 20 in change so no big bills. Door dash text me not speaking English so translated it and still didn’t make sense but finally understood he didn’t have money to get the order. I then changed my order to pick up. We tried picking it up and they wouldn’t give it to us cause door dash already said they were. Guy was there to get it and gave him phone to translate that he couldn’t. Papa John’s still refused to give us order. I then ordered from someone else and then another door dash came 1 hr and 45 mins later. Not door dash fault so I felt guilty cause this door dasher purchased it and I didn’t want them out money. So tonight I spent 90 bucks in pizza. You think you’d be better and do better. Thank you for the cold pizza you wouldn’t hand over to us. Never again will I order from here. Communicate was awful. This could have been handled way differently. Absolutely insane.

  We ordered pizza from Papa John’s via telephone. Papa John’s calls back and tells us “sorry we can’t make stuffed crust pizza, We’re gonna give you a different pizza and we’ll give you a discount.” No big deal. We’re not hard please, right? Then door dash messages and says that they can’t pick up our order because we chose cash when on the phone with papa John’s. We asked if we should call and switch to card then or pick up our own order. They said to collect it. So, we went to the store and after standing in line for 30 minutes, 20 before it moved once, the attendant says I can’t give you the order because it’s going through door dash. The dasher who didn’t want to pick up my order just so happens to still be there but doesn’t speak English so we spent another 5 minutes in a three way conversation through Google Translate only for the door dash driver to leave without collecting my food and papa John’s still refusing to give me my food. The 50 some dollar order will sit on the shelf even longer and I’ll take my money elsewhere. Zero star if it were an option.

  This place is pretty good they're fast like half the time but they're constantly telling on the app when it's going to be done but it's not and then when you get there you have to wait even longer and no wait time is just a long time and it's fine if it's going to take you longer but can you just actually put the when the estimated time is going to be instead of saying when it's not going to be in the app
