  I don’t normally write reviews, but oh my gosh😂Don’t come here. Go to Culver’s instead. Little kid running around and GOING BACK INTO THE KITCHEN!! Sketchy workers, not taking orders and smoking, not taking our order. Person working cash register kept leaving and trying to wrangle the baby. Workers THROWING FOOD AT EACH OTHER in the kitchen. It literally felt like an alternate reality. Fllthy atmosphere, workers with dirty hands, THE WORST DQ IN THE AREA. Wendy’s, Zestos in season, Culver’s, heck, even McDonald’s is better than this. STAY. AWAY

  Cashier was clueless, gave wrong food and when we showed reciept and pointed at the screen that clearly said the item that we ordered she looked at us like we were in the wrong. Will never be back. Also, gave us the wrong size for 2 out of 4 items items

  It’s disappointing what has happened to this store. Used to be my favorite Dairy Queen and was always the best. The food was great and everything was correct, tasted well. Wait time wasn’t too unreasonable either, especially considering our order had multiple modifications, still had speedy service. Unfortunately SOME of the staff are unprofessional and rude. To hold on to a grudge from a minimal past event where I was doing my job and they were on the bad end of it is especially unfortunate. Life is way too short for it I promise, and it goes on. Blessings and peace to all of you. And thank you to the worker that was top notch and kind. Marriage does relate the two of us but I don’t honestly feel that had any impact on the behavior. And if it did, oh well. 🦋🙏🏼

  Extremely disappointing experience with Dairy Queen. My mother called FIVE days in advance to order an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. The first time she called, someone answered and then just set the phone down—she could hear employees taking other orders in the background. She called back, gave them the benefit of the doubt, and successfully placed the order with all the details, including name, message on the cake, and pickup time. When she drove nearly an HOUR one way to pick it up, not only was the cake not ready—there was no record of the order at all. No explanation, no accountability, and no real effort to fix the situation. Thankfully this was for an adult, because a child would have been heartbroken not getting their birthday cake. Completely unacceptable service and a huge waste of time.

  Not only were they out of cheese curds they were also out of onion rings . Got our order home and discovered they put our sandwiches on plain bread . Who's in charge of ordering supplies?
