  If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience at Pizza Hut. I placed my order through the Pizza Hut app at 5:46 PM, and DoorDash was assigned to deliver it. By around 7:45 PM, I still hadn’t received my order. I even received a message from a DoorDash driver suggested to call the store. I called Pizza Hut five different times, but the phone just kept ringing with no answer. I finally drove to the restaurant myself, only to find out that my order had been canceled without anyone notifying me or giving me a reason. I asked for proof that the order had been canceled so I could make sure I would receive my refund, but one employee acted as if my order had never existed. Another customer who was waiting spoke up and said she was lying because he had been there when three different DoorDash drivers came to pick up my order, and each one ended up canceling it. He was also dealing with his own canceled order. To make matters worse, the employee walked out the back door and left at least five customers standing there waiting for help, including myself. The next day, I called to check on my refund, and once again, the phone just rang with no answer. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. No communication, no accountability, and no concern for the customers. I definitely won’t be returning, and if I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would.

  I never order this terrible pizza in the first place and each time i decide ill give pizza hut a go they are out of breadsticks. How does a pizza place run out of breadsticks that leaves half of the menu ungettable its wild. Do better.

  Ordered breadsticks for pick up. When I arrived at Pizza Hut, my order was marked as ready. No-one was working the front counter which normally isn’t an issue as I don’t mind to wait a few minutes. There was an employee boxing up a few orders. They only had 4 orders listed on the screen. I waited for my “ready” order for approximately 15 mins. The employee did not acknowledge me or the man in front of me waiting for his order. I then said “ ma’am” you can cancel the order for Natasha.”She then angrily slapped her hands on the counter but said nothing. I am so glad I chose to pay at the store and not when I placed my order.

  I ordered food and for 3 hours I didn't get my food then I asked for my money back and they didn't give it back
