  Drinks got handed to the wrong people and then they tried to hand to us, I don’t want drinks someone else touched because I don’t know where their hands have been management needs to do better about not letting employees hand out food/drinks twice

  Food was awful, buns were stale. The cheese wasn’t melted and was still cold. The staff were being loud and obnoxious. If you want McDonalds, drive a little further to Jasper. It’s a shame because a couple months ago I had a really good experience.

  This food is trash! As I sat here waiting on my food I watched several people ask for their money back and others taking food back up to the counter. Then our food came. 2 orders were wrong and what was right was cold and the buns were hard like they were stale. Employees are very unfriendly and get irritated when you try to get your order fixed. The places is clean though.

  Never try to use the second lane. You’ll wait multiple minutes with no one ever coming on the speaker while they take maybe three other orders on lane one. After waiting for a full minute with no one in either lane, I moved my car to lane one only to be mocked on the speaker. Needless to say, I never ordered anything.
