  Horrible. We placed an online order that was continually bypassed by drive through orders. After waiting 20 min for just ice cream, we asked for a refund. The employee giving the refund refused to acknowledge that there was a problem and spoke to us in a rude tone.

  8 people got their order after me and all I asked for was a small oreo blizzard. I asked multiple times for them to make it and never did. Had to ask for a refund. Don't come here waste of time.

  Car in front of me had big order took time to prepare so they had them set at window tilll it was done now drive through is backed up. Have them park and bring it out

  The drive thru is always so slow! It would be nice if you would move the line thru by having people move forward if their food is still being made so those who got ice cream can get their items faster
