  I ordered and picked up a pizza about noonish today, ticket # 0016 and was very disappointed. Did not have the correct toppings. Ordered a large pepperoni, MUSHROOM, and green peppers. It had no mushrooms.... they put onions on it instead. Hate onions on pizza! Wasted my time, money and gas driving several miles to pick up a pizza I couldn't even enjoy. I guess I should have opened the box to look at it before leaving.

  Staff are always friendly and attentive! My orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Prices are great. They know how to make a good pizza.

  Disgusting. Undercooked doughy pizza. This is worse than Digiorno. How far Pizza Hut has fallen. This is gross.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut today. I placed an order while I was on my way home, about 20 minutes away, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. However, when I got there, I was told that my order had not even been started because it was forgotten. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of organization and respect for customers’ time. I made the effort to plan ahead, yet I still had to wait unnecessarily due to their mistake. I hope this issue is taken seriously and improvements are made so other customers don’t go through the same frustrating experience.
